Don't plates legally have to have the name and postcode of the dealer where the car was purchased or the name and postcode of the company who manufactured the plates? Mine does have the plate manufacturer details. Bottom right little black writing. Okay so maybe the person driving this car hasn't seen this or isn't on here but you need to learn the rules of the road or learn some manners. When cars are parked on your side of the road it's not your right of way. My girlfriend was not impressed as she had to brake hard to let you through. She's the one who spotted you, I was at work.
