Oh, Yeah we exchanged today! Heart dropped when they sent a completion statement asking for £7500! Dopey solicitor had put me down as paying higher rate SDLT, got that sorted & exchanged this morning! Ready to move in Wednesday Lol. Try having to pay £20k! We moved in last weekend. This all the way. Guarantor has so many risks. Say she has all the best intentions in the world but something goes wrong. It doesn't just mess her up for a while. It has the potential to mess you up for a very long time. Getting her to stay with you is the safest and best all round solution.

Yeah the 15-85 will only give you a bit more range but so much more in terms of quality and versatility when walking around. I had that and a 70-300mm. Pick them up off eBay but buy carefully. When you say the mx5 mk2 is dated. Do you mean the mk 2 or 2.5? The mk2 looks awesome in my opinion. 2.5 looks a bit poo imo.

1. Who fitted them? Was it done correctly? 2. Have deposits built up on the discs. Usually reversing and then braking to remove them can help. Have to do it a few times to get rid of it.
