+1 Some questions are best just asked directly to the trusted tuning companies. When thrown out into the air like this you get a lot of folk putting their 2 cents in, albeit there may be some good information, but it only causes to crowd out the experienced advice of the tuners themselves who do this type of work day in day out and know it works, otherwise their business would be a failure and they wouldn't have such a good reputation amongst this community. Not pointed at anyone directly, just the 5 pages of unnecessary shyte.

But as I indicated in my previous post the other driver may well say it was Nixy who pulled over and then did not stop (who I hasten to add I have no doubt was utterly blameless, before I get a ) . Without a witness what will the police do? Just one of those things that we all get upset about, like the hit and run barstewards, but then getting all stressed out trying in vain to put a wrong right, and you can even end up being the accused! Best left alone IMHO. Police obviously respond to things differently in different area's, up here you can be visited for road rage, dangerous driving etc (all on someone else's word). I don't expect they would do anything or do any investigating, but simply having a log of it (which they do have a system for) would mean that if it happened in future then it could help that person out possibly. As someone has already pointed out, what if they are uninsured and hence why they didn't stop? The input could possibly save a future incident, big or small.

Immaterial of wither you want to claim insurance, it would be worth popping into your local police station to inform them and provide them with the registration number. They might go round to the woman's house and provide her with a caution for not stopping when she hit you, or they may just simply put it on their system as intel in case it happens again. For all you know she may have done it before or may do it again.

Neil I had a good look at the 06+ airbox I've just bought off of Craigus, and to be honest the design of it, from the mouth going into the little hole in the bumper, and the fact its an enclosed unit, makes it look a lot more befitting of the role its intended, than a JWT or similar. I'd think if it was showing gains in a dyno that jwt/nismo was failing to show (+4bhp), then it wouldn't only show better gains in dyno, but also on the road conditions to a jwt/nismo. So it's win win either way for the 06+ airbox. It is strange how they can market these things as being better, but who knows what set up they were using when they done their tests.

He makes some very good point's. It's hilarious to look around and see my self surrounded by those type of folk, and in some way's my self. But it wont change really.

+1 I've been hitting the gym for 2 years now and have been religious about my diet and training etc ... I was trying to bulk from August through to March and was able to add some decent weight ... now it's better weather and almost holiday time I've been incorporating some cardio into my workouts ... Getting your body to build muscle is not easy (for me anyway) .. I think that if I didn't put in 100% effort into it then I'd have little or no results ... The main thing is persistence ... Hardgainer? tell me about it mate I have a friend to who just looks at weights and builds up muscle on a diet of peanut butter sandwiches. I'm going nuts with strict dieting and 6 days a week at the gym and struggling!

'Toning' is a myth If your hearts set on a program to get you started then I could advise the Body for Life program. A friend used it and had some very good results, but he followed it to the letter. It's got good info on workout routines, cardio routines and excellent diet information. Plus it teaches you why you eat what you eat and when you eat, and the background of maintaining insulin levels etc etc. If your interested gimme a PM
