  1. If you celebrate in mine your likely to get your head kicked in
  2. Doing the doors, boot, and cavity can easily add 50+kg to the car, that's going on an estimate of 20 odd sheets of it. So its the weight of an extra female in the car, but then you have the added weight of the passenger as well if you carry one, which all adds up to extra weight in an already heavy sports car. I'm not arguing that the odd sheet on the door's is bad. It's just extra weight that will probably be disregarded in a few months when folk are looking at exhausts and air filters to scrape a couple bhp back because their cars too slow. Going by the stats of letstorquebhp.com, the 350z weight is 1525kg, adding 50kg will reduce your bhp/ton from 183bhp to 178bhp. Small difference sure, but it's not insignificant on a sports car.
  3. Itrader is good and is on a few other forums I use, but I'm not sure if it's available for phbb?
  4. Is it not also just important to actually set your system up properly? I believe ikarus (i think) posted before regarding downloading a frequency sound CD from the internet and tweaking your system to the right levels in order to actually get the best out of it? Like you say dblock, I've seen lots of nice expensive set up's but some of them have sounded crap because the owners think you just wire it up and blair away.

    Am I mad!?

I'd have to see them photoshopped

    Senna NSX

Shame he thrashes it from cold and can't find 3rd gear Yeah I bet you could have shown him a thing or two..
  8. If he actually does take 250 hours to remove all the microscopic scratches and charges £7000 for it, then he's only making £28 per hour for a job he might only get every couple of weeks, or month. Plus the cost of 5 grand waxes etc, maybe it's not that lucrative?

    Senna NSX

Love the NSX, but that video was a pile of crap. Just tried to be too arty farty. Violins Pianist and a douchebag in a suit? just show me the damn car! Here's a vid of 2 legends and ones driving the other!
  11. Haha, great pics Craig, looked like you had a ball!
  12. Then no point putting decent equipment in..... People make the car far heavier with modified wheels / brakes / exhausts / rubbish than a couple of rolls of Dynamat will.... Couple of rolls id understand, but I've seen people coat the entire inner shell with it!
  13. Haha, that's so daft. I miss CS knife rounds
  14. Dynamat? 350z is heavy enough mate
  15. Cool airbrushing, what exactly is it? Reminds me of the elephant graveyard in the lion king!

    Forum brake test.

Probably too many variables to make it consistently trustable...It could be more misleading than helpful. Unless you get yourself all of the above and do it for us Sell that bike to fund it
  17. yeah could be doing with marking this NSFW to be honest....
  18. +1 Same general idea for me, knowing the research and development that went into it, and how well its made. Gives me great confidence in the car.
  19. Servicing may be the big problem. Isn't it ever 5k miles or was that just a dirty rumour?
  20. I done a lot of researching for this and there is soooo much for and against argument's. Some say it nackers the diff, some say it doesn't effect it and it's only part of the MOT rules for operator safety. It was quite confusing. In the end I just dropped my car off and picked it up and it still works perfect.
