Well all finished , managed to clear the last people out from the workshop time to go home and put my feet up, awesome day think we managed to get through all the cars that wanted running except the wide bodied 350Z , but I will take the pod covers back off the dyno to run the car @ a later date. great to see everyone sorry if I didn't find time to talk to everyone, I have a few picture's that I will get posted over the weekend. Thanks to everyone @ Abbey for helping make the day run smoothly. Hope everyone had a great time.

We are all sorted ready for tomorrow meet up and dyno day , few nice cars in the workshop to look around and a few interesting cars outside also have a look around. Food and drinks laid on as well , large screen set up in dyno workshop for people to see cars run dyno plots , we will struggle to have a lot of people in the dyno room so the screen will be good for people to view while dyno plots are being carried out. I hope to be able to provide dyno print outs during the day but i may have to email me these on at a later date , but will try my best to get these printed out. see you guys n girls tomorrow.

How do you know it is definitely running rich other than black tail pipes? When you say heavily modified 350GT trying to think of a big build we have done on a 350GT , except a S/C tune 3 or so years ago. just found out what car you now own, 350Z GT model, Could be AFM but this will normally cause a CEL to be thrown up. Also could be a pre cat lambda sensor going open circuit. This car is tuned for power so it will blacken the tail pipes.

Yep will need a dyno to tune the cars.

Quick update everything nearly sorted; 1st car on dyno @ 9-00 can you make sure your at the workshop around 8-30/8-45 as once we start getting out of sync with regards time it will be hard to make time back up. AGAIN MAKE SURE EVERYONE BRINGS THERE LOCKING WHEEL NUTS KEYS AS WE HAVE TO REMOVE WHEEL TO RUN ON OUR HUB DYNO

The 1st 3 gears are limited , the limit is in throttle response not opening %, i.e the butterfly response is slower in the lower 3 gears than in the upper 3 gears. UK DE cars (276bhp) cant have multi maps due to lack of space in the Eprom fitted in the ECU ( something to do with alarm immobilizer issues) Every other car if it has cruise added can have multi maps. 1st run is 9-00am I am afraid. Pete , so do you want to run? I read that as you had runt he car a while you wasn't going to run or have I go the wrong end of the stick? The F/I cars take longer to set up , I am willing to run Peter ans Andy with there S/C cars thou.

Would prefer to only run till 2ish but willing to run to 4 if there are enough people but I would be happier if people will fill the earlier part of the day 1st , I don't want someone @ 4pm after not running from 12 if you understand what I mean.

Hi, Day will start @ 8-30AM. What do people want to do with regards dyno runs , do you all want a time. We can turn the cars around in 30min intervals easily if they are N/A car. or do you not mind just to hang around and us work through a list of people waiting.

HR requires the S8 instead of the S6 , as the HR run 2 throttle bodies and the S6 cant drive 2 x DBW throttle bodies.The ECU works in the same way , but also allows 2 x lambda's using origial Bosch LSU wide band lambdas. Where as the S6 only can run a single lambda which we run on the Odd bank , we can add after market external lambda'a thou but this will remove a couple of Inputs that can be used for datalogging purposes.We can add a oil pressure sensor/use the original oil temperature sender to provide trips for low oil pressure and low oil temp/high oil temps and also trips for water temp as well.I will work out a price for both the S6 fitment on a DE (REV UP we maybe able to use a S6 with the new I/O box being made by Syvecs) and the S8 fitment on a HR.Already working on a S8 fitment on a Twin Turbo HR build we have done already.

Syvecs S6 is all up and running , traction multi maps switched by cruise switches all sorted , only thing to be done is setting up for basic cruise control.

Spent a day @ CAT training http://catdrivertraining.co.uk/ yesterday on a Gymkana day which we had an awesome time. Managed to get some time using our own 350Z with the Syvecs S6 installed and tuned , down loaded some data after a run you can see the traction control being used , no throttle being shut when the traction is being used. The traction is totally tunable you can have different traction set up's switched by the cruise control switch on the steering wheel as well as different fuel/ignition maps and boost control levels if the car is Turbo charged. Should have Syvecs S6 fitted on a S/C car very soon which should give good results especially with traction control set up being used.

KW are good , had them on my Zed for a while , The Meister kit are every good as well with the stock springs fitted. I am currently running Sportline AST on my road zed which are awesome we also run AST triple adjustable Race kit on the Team Lizard Race car that work really good.
