  1. Abbey Motorsport and Team Lizard We are racing in a the MSV Team Trophy race @ Brands Hatch on the 8th June (Saturday) Race is over 1 hour 2 driver race with pit stop between 20 mins and 40 mins of the race Timetable; We have been out once this year where we finished 2nd Overall and 2nd in class. MrLizard has also posted up re this race as well. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/71739-tlm-350z-brandshatch-8th-june/page__hl__race the pits are open for anyone to come and see us and have a chat. Full grid I have been told so it should be a good close race over an hour on the Indy circuit.
  2. Skyline V35 does your car have a DE motor fitted? Or does it have a REV UP motor fitted?
  3. we added timing to your map when you went De-catted. Balls in your court I am afraid . If you drop down I will flash a map across with the added timing removed P.S magazine article wont be happening it seems ;-(
  4. A car with the cats removed will have more ignition added if the car has been mapped, refitting the cats will cause a restriction so it is possible young start to see detonation as the restriction will cause back pressure so slowing the flame path. Going the other way is never an issue with ignition timing will normally cause a motor to run leaner but as these cars are NA they are normally pushed towards the leaner area without being dangerous.
  5. We do a good kit for the 370Z comes with a nice duct so the oil cooler fits up behind the crash bar so it doesn't stop any air flow to the radiator and AC rad. Our kit includes and oil and filter change and uses a high flow thermostatic control oil take off plate; drive in and drive out price is £880-00 inc vat (parts/labour) Removing the front bumper will also require the bonnet lifter ECU to be reset as well. Any track work will require an oil cooler on a 370Z we also say a larger sump is a good upgrade as well , the sump is then baffled for oil surge and carries another litre of oil which is also a good thing. The stock ECU will put the car on limp home if it sees over 130 deg C oil temp and when the car is in the pits after a run it will heat soak to over 130 degree C. .

  20. So have you recorded the AFM voltage change and checked the fueling/ignition out after changing this pipe; I think you need to be very carefully playing with the pipework around the AFM sensor as this controls the fueling timing. Looking at the pipe size I feel it is smaller I.D so the AFM will be showing more voltage due to a smaller diameter pipe making the air flow greater so running the car richer and running less Ignition timing.
  21. The Vortech wont run 20 psi I have tried it.......... I feel 1bar is perfect for these blowers make good safe power on a stock motor.
  22. Not a lover of this way, IAT climbing shows the charger is working out of its efficiency band. Running lower boost doesn't cause the same clump in IAT's
