You are wrong. The nismo 350z stuff is an accessory designed for the 350z and the nismo 350z abroad is a variation of a 350z and still a 350z. The gtr bumper is designed for a gtr and that's where it should stay. You're trying the play the smartarse here and unfortunately just spouting shite. No matter what you want to spout, the 350z is not a gtr, a nismo 350z is a 350z. Nismo 350z accessories are designed for the 350z.

Everywhere I go people take pictures. Me and jay were in Glasgow city centre and parked up to talk to a mate in a nutrition shop and people were taking photos with the two cars and even single girls / women were taking photos of them. Excellent feeling.

No probs. it wasn't taken personally. Just the point you mentioned London and wings. The majority of members on here live outside central London so they do more than 10mph. The wing serves a purpose in some cases like mines. My car regularly see speeds in excess of 100mph and downforce is handy with that. Especially when you lose weight out the car My final statement: making a car look like another will cause you to get mocked and sometime bullied. By all means make a car unique but unique in a way which doesn't make you look like a tool. Modify for purpose and function and if it looks crap then no worries as it had a purpose but dont modify to make it look like a car you can't afford. I'm gonna leave this thread alone now.

..and I think therein lies the issue - other people will always make assumptions about your car, what you have done to it and why, which on the whole are not usually correct. If you are bothered by them then dont do it. If however you are doing it simply because YOU like the look of it then by all means go for it - looking at the bumper in isolation, it looks fine. You could argue that everyone on here who has a wing fitted to the back of their car is in a similar boat. Average speed in the London area for instance is about 10mph, why have a wing on the back if you never need the downforce 99% of the time? I mean, you are not driving a 500bhp racing Porsche so why are you putting on parts that you find on a 500bhp Porsche. But, personally I like the wing, it looks fine. I'm not from London and my car gets driven hard. The wing I'm putting on soon will be functionally aswell as authentically pleasing. What your not grasping is the fact your making a car look like another. Make it unique by all means but don't imitate.

Haha I'm avoiding putting banners up this year These are easy, a fully assemble frame adjust folds out. Put cover on and them the legs and lift up. Pretty easy stuff though lol

I agree last year was great and I loved it. I missed the big group train journey etc though and ended up in a weird place with good grub haha. The markees her dad has are about 20m long and 10m wide and can join together. I'll have a chat to see what condition they are in. I'll see what I can do in terms of nicking them off him for the weekend

Don't mean to be rude but the band wasn't the greatest attraction. A big outdoor markee for the band to play in so we can booze our cheap drink and watch them and we also won't need to stand on the doorstep like chavs drinking cider and j-meister I may be able to help out as nicoles dad has events markees from street parties we have up here. Buffet food... More hot food and more basic stuff like chicken pakora and burgers (possible BBQ?) Pre booked trips as it became a bit messy and everyone got split up. Cragus and jay can bring there guitars for a singsong aswell Oh idea -- forum talent contest I'm sure everyone will agree that we don't mind paying a little extra if required to cover additional costing.

If you drove that up my way you would be a laughing stock due to the large number of gtrs around. Think how much of a knob you would feel when someone draws up next to you in an r35. It works because the gtr is nice but the point is that it still shouldn't be done.
