How do people view Zed owners? Flash gits? Down to earth and above all the badge snobbery malarky? Loaded? One reason for asking is I have found that when tradesmen come round and see the zed on the drive they normally come up with the same ol remark......."you must be doing alright" followed by a dubious quote. Seriously thinking of parking round the corner when tradesmen come even though next doors mondeo is worth more than my 05 zed. Maybe I'm just paranoid about tradesmen, in which case ignore my random babbling

Had our yearly safety visit from British Gas. "Mike" the engineer arrived......owner of a black coupe on Nismo LMGT-4s and we chatted zed's for a bit. Pointed him in the direction of the forum and when he asked for garage recommendations he was happy to hear L&G give club discounts. JUST A SHAME HE ARRIVED IN HIS BLUE VAN AND NOT THE ZED

A recurring annoyance for me are groups of cyclists riding in clusters upto 3 side by side Usually adorned in their club Lycra suits cruising rather than racing holding up traffic. GODDAMN POSERS.

I got the one that you're meant to dilute and pour over the car. Diluted it 1:4 to use like the spray version, but not sure if it's the same stuff but just a different concentration. As an insider do you know if it is the same concentration as the spray?

Was on the motorway and saw a red Ferrari 360 Modena rapidly coming up behind in my rearview. I moved swiftly back into the slow lane only to see it was a stretched limo version about 3car lengths long Imagine trying to party in the back of that Only person going to have a wild time in that is Snow White with her 7 dwarfs Some may say it's just proving what CAN be done but like Chris Rock once said "just coz you drive a car with your feet.....don't make it right!"

Just come back from a few days in the Lake District. Drove around some lovely country roads where the speed limit was either 50 or national speed limit. Would have been great if I knew the roads and it was closed off JUST FOR ME (one can dream ) but with so many blind bends, dips and crests with their hidden blind spots I struggled to go around 30 without worrying about some oncoming twonk straying onto my lane when cornering. Even reckon I may have gone airborne at 50 going over some of the crests I know 50 was the LIMIT and not the TARGET but does anyone else find it strange that it is so high here where there is just the odd cottage but as soon as there are a cluster of cottages on a STRAIGHT road double the width the limit goes down to 30 Maybe I'm just a woos and you lot would overtake me even driving a tractor

When I ordered my zed in 05 I declined the 18" RAYS as I also preferred the look of the standard 18s. I still enjoy my zed but haven't experienced lighter wheels. In 08 I finally purchased some RAYS.......but the 19" LMGT-4 variant. Apparently these are about the same weight as my standard 18s so I'm still none the wiser Still got my pristine original 18s coz I still think they're gorgeous and suit my V1 kitted zed better than the 18" RAYS.

Prisons full. Like i said before, shift the prisons or outsource them like all the factories to China. Cheaper for us, greater deterent for scumbags. Let them do hard labour there too to earn money for a SLOWW BOAT back. If they try to escape they would stand out a mile and best have a good grasp of Mandarin
