    HFC spacers

Cheers Ewen/Alex will bear you in mind, im guessing they just slip over the O2 sensor and pull the sensor out of the exhaust flow a little

    HFC spacers

Occasionally getting the ECU light come on since iv fitted my HFC's and was wondering if anyone had a spacer laying around that they could take a picture of and give me the dimenions of so I can get a pair made. Unless ofcourse they are really cheap to buy.
  3. Looks like a cross between the 3200GT Maserati and an DB7 and a 350. Not a fan of it myself, but each to their own, and it will certainly be individual
  4. Humpy, thats amazing, great look. Problem now is, that everyone will be going for the Blitz style, and the V1+V2 will become rare again.
  5. Looks pretty awesome, love the spoiler, that cant have been cheap.
  6. Sorry chaps, wont be able to make this. Hope you all have a great time and the weather holds out for you.
  7. Lotus are in trouble with finances again. People have walked out after not being paid, apparently. That maybe why they are not launching at Jerez
  8. Remove the pads and give them a clean. You may also find the inside of the disc is the same. Dont use a solvent or anything, just clean the gap out with a screw driver or something.
  9. After a track day last year, by back discs developed a ring around them, sounds like the same as what you have. When i took the pads out, I noticed that there was some debris of some sorts, either pad or something, in the gap on the pad, This was causing the pad to hold off or something. Once id removed the debris, it was fine.
  10. Not sure if i can get out of something first, but if i can, then count me in. Im 20 minutes from Bedford, and love the GT track. Just avoid the kerb on the last corner, speaking from a trouser wetting experience
  11. I use Dodo Juice Supernatural Its no frills, but works brilliantly, and though expensive to buy, last for ages as you need so little of it
  12. Great thread, car looks as mean as hell! How are you finding the short shifter? I thought Octet had one and took it off as it caused him issues of some kind? Also, where did you source it?
  13. +1 for the MPSS's. I stumped up for a full set a couple of weeks ago, and have been really surprised by them. The Falken (Which were on before) were always regarded as one of the best tyres to get if you didnt want to get the MPSS's, but these are on another level. Cant believe how much better they are in every way. The amount of traction iv got is amazing. We had torrential rain yesterday while I was out driving, and had really cold, greasy roads here the past week or so, and iv not yet found myself in trouble with grip or traction. Never bought expensive tyres for my car, as im not a race driver, however, im now converted, as cant get over how much better they are in every way over the 452's. Been told I should also get more life from these than I did with the Falkens, so thats good. (Im guessing because your not over speeding the tyres so much, because you have more grip, the tyres are not ripping up as much)

Yes I could get them to work, but you ever tried getting 4 19" tyres in the Zed? I thought £15 per wheel was going rate for fitting etc. The guys I spoke to at work thought it was cheap, some of them were paying £20 a corner!!!!

I looked at getting tyres online, until Hi Q quoted me £912 for 4 MPSS 19" fully fitted and balanced. Ok its a little more, but take into account its £60-70 to get them fitted, not to mention the hassle of getting them there, waiting for the delivery etc, I couldnt see the point in saving £20-£30 but having loads of hassle. But each to their own. Sorry Funky Tyres, not trying to do you out of business, just giving my view.
  17. Chris, is that the Chargespeed bottom line kit? Rear valance looks sweet, though the skirts look like V1 Nismo's
  18. Ah right, RT do a Mines rep that I was looking at, and didnt know if thats what you had. Car looks amazing by the way
  19. Trouble is, the wheels are a custom colour, so means il have to get the centre caps painted, as I think matt black or brilliant silver will look poo. Not that you can tell what colour my wheels are the moment due to them being so dirty
  20. I appear to have lost a centre cap from from of my ES2.2's, and didnt know if anyone had a spare laying around, as they are normally sold in 4's, and I only need one.
  21. Il get my coat then........lol
  22. Sorry, off topic slightly, is that a Mines front lip?
  23. If you have a black IC then i think you can get away with it, but im not a fan of the big mouth style, like above.
