Have you had yours done ? I'm interested but would like to know more before I call them if you can. Prices etc cheers. well are you planning on going there? I'm physically not anywhere close to Abbey so sent it via post and only had the delimeter and full throttle opening sorted in lower gears. If you live close to abbey I'd recommend going there for a full remap to suit your mods and dyno your baby think it's like 350, but not 100% sure for that package. I wasn't interested in the remap or dyno part so got away a bit cheaper

Hi, if you like me have a restricted JDM import and don't want to spend the € to get an SLD from HKS and also cut into the ECU harness to fit it!!! give Mark in Abbey a call and get it 'delimited' with a flash!

spot the rebel Dont worry ,think you might not have read the whole thread but it will be sent off to the insurance company today/Monday so hope to hear something by midweek the latest, someone told me to speak to my insurance company and let them claim of the other insurance company etc... for now I'll sit tight and wait. Thanks for 'some' of the support and a further stamp that I was an eejit in the first place taking it to a carwash... having that said here is the latest update: Went and spoke to the assistant manager at the garage, she looked at the car for 5 seconds and then said the'd fax off the form (accident form I believe) to the insurance company and they will call me back early next week... so fingers crossed this all ends well, at least she didn't fob me off

I'm not sure any dyno operator want to do that many pulls per car, might need to tell them in advance and it might change the pricing and time it would take to go though a few cars on a dyno session.

A: Thought I'd feel the 100% throttle opening in lower gears but not really, haven't tried to brake the 180km/h barrier either so in short = no (need to try it out when there isn't that much traffic around or on track) nurrish: I dont get it you have a haltech......isn't that a replacement for the nissan ecu? A: No it's not, thought it was too but it's a piggy back so you connect the ECU in front of the standard ECU and let the standard ECU deal with ABS/SLIP/computer stuff. Took my baby for a spin today since I got back my ECU from Abbey, drove it around the outskirts of Dublin and thought why not treat my little car to a nice warm bath! (carwash) Drove her in and paid for the most expensive car wash on offer (this carwash is an anti scratch one otherwise I was it by hand). Thought the car was a bit closed to the right hand side pillar that has all the washing stuff was going to reverse the car and have proper look (line her up) but the carwash started and began squashing the right hand side wheel arch It kept going so I slammed in reverse and drove her out of the wash ran out of the car and hit the emergency stop (Since the fecking carwash was adamant to keep going!) Look what damage it did Went in and spoke to the guy behind the counter, keeping my cool really f*cking upset me though. He filled some form in and we had a quick discussion about when the manager might be in, so tomorrow I'm going back there to see what the hell I'm going to do about the damage etc... they got it all on CCTV so I'll let the assistant manager have a good look before I call in to them. Fingers crossed I'm not going to have to foot this bill, looks REALLY bad too. That’s what I get because I'm a lazy fecker!

good explanation mine pulled 265 org on the dyno on the fly. going to remember the full throttle runs and cool off period I pick a dyno and generally stay with that dyno operator only to see if any mods make difference upwards or downwards (only change if there is mechanical reason to...)
