PPod Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 (edited) So recently i haven't been able to look at my 350z in the daylight so been taking it out at night due to my bodywork being absolutely terrible (swirls, scuffs, holograms) But that has all changed thanks to Richard at RGK Detailing i can now look and love it during the day. its like a mirror Edited November 11, 2014 by PPod 1 Quote

PPod Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 yeah he said it was some challenge this one haha The back left rear and skirt has been re sprayed which i did not know and had masking tape still on it but just been painted over it wtf very low percentage of paint so have to clean it with extra care now Quote
PPod Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 also the sealant he applied was wolfgang 3.0 and said it could last up to a year if its not my daily driver (mostly weekend driver so will see) Quote
PPod Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 Cheers guys thought i would post it up so others could see a detailed car. Dont see much threads on it and it saved me shelling out for a respray. Think i will get it done every year possible. Quote
samsniss350z Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 WOW, what a beautiful job, just wondering how long you now spend staring at it in the daylight? It looks like a totally different car. 1 Quote
PPod Posted November 12, 2014 Author Posted November 12, 2014 When its not raining just pull up a chair right in front of it and stare at it for hrs Its just such an improvement was at mcdonalds in dundee driving home from work and when i went through the drive through a group of employees came and look out the window at her felt good. Then parked her up at tesco the same day and some random was taking pictures haha Quote
ZGT Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 PPod what price did you pay for your detailing...if you don't mind me asking!! Was thinking of giving the zed a treat Quote
leet8845 Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Looks great! Huge improvement. What exactly does detailing entail? Do they mop the car? Quote
PPod Posted November 13, 2014 Author Posted November 13, 2014 @leet. They do a full clean down before the do a 3 stage machine polish then paint correct a few chips and scratches if you ask, then seal it off with a strong polish. Same with the wheels and you can get the interior done but never bothered. Washed it today after a 400mils trip and the dirt seemed to come off very easy. I now only use snow foam and low power washer never even touched the car Quote
