Lethal Bizzle is massive on the scene just now. Love a bit of grime. Lethal B has some awesome cars

really? i dont think Grime has ever been as good as it was mid 2000's with Sway, Kano, Akala Tinnie tempah before the big record deal it just seems full of the older guys ie LB or sway trying to make club tracks which i see the reason but there all @*!# and people like Devlin who i know have been around just aslong but the stuff there releaseing now is nothing on, 'This is my Demo', 'home sweet home' and 'Its not a Rumor'

And just because i love these track im going to share it sorry off topic but this thread just made me think of it again

I agree however, I'm still a massive fan of Tinie Tempah, Skepta, giggs, devlin and all the rest of the mob that became commercialised. I've been listening to grime since skepta first came on the scene. Before that I was a massive fan of american rap and RnB etc. I do listen to everything but there something about grime. Everyone has different music tastes but for me it has to be rave/club/dance type tracks especially when trying to work out & pump some iron. ;)

Maybe it's just all the flashbacks to drug induced comas or nights I can't really remember past the first half hour of entering a club or rave tent but these tracks really get my heart/adrenaline pumping.

I tend to go for anything rock/metal; AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden. The Prodigy are freakin' awesome to work out to as well.

But if I ever want to get reeeeaaaallly pumped up I go for Rage Against The Machine. Killing In The Name, turned up as loud as you dare, is just about the angriest song I've ever heard but it does the trick every time.

Don't abstain from Eye Of The Tiger for too long though.... :)

Can't beat a bit of The Prodigy. B)

Never listened to Rage Against The Machine whilst working out really but I can imagine it does get you pumped. Got their first album & Evil Empire I think it is.

I've been listening to action bronson recently. American but still good. JME and Skepta are always high quality, giggs is amazing.

Old school but a banger

BUT best rapper ever. His flow and rhymes are clever and proper sick. Harry Shota. He used to do the news on semtex show. Look him up on youtube proper sick.

AC / DC, Iron Maiden and Metallica for me too, plus some selected Cult tracks - She Sells Sanctuary (The Cult) for me when I need that extra boost or Wild Side by Motley Crue (reminds me of my youth). Although getting older now so the extra boost usually equates to a cricked back, neck or pulled muscle.

Rumour has it that AC/DC are touring soon. I'll be there with my 12 year old son.

Ooops....wrong track.

Meant to recommend BATTLE RIDDIM by Tempa T.

NEXT HYPE comes a close second

I challenge any martial artist (to watch the vid and not want to go punch something)

if you like a bit of hip hop (before it went downhill IMO) , Craig mack Flava in ya ear, incredible rhyming by some of the all time greats.

the Beat nuts no escaping this. An example of their famously impressive selected loops.
