My Rainbow Exhaust!

Recommended Posts

My titanium exhaust tips had been getting tatty so a few weeks ago I gave them a little polish with some Autosol. This meant that as well as the dirty brown colour being removed, they also lost the blue on the tips.

It was my intention at a later date to re-blue them but had not yet got round to it.......

Anyway........a few spirited drives later....................and....................

Cher ching!

Need a bit of a clean, and not the neat blue tip that they come from the factory with but I really like the colours, and its real colour caused by the heat and flames so that's cool. B)

I'm looking to make my Ti tips more 'blue', was looking at various options.....turns out I just need to go for a goon!

Does a S/C'd Zed exhaust run hotter than a non S/C?

Yeah, it will run a bit hotter. Any forced induction engine will have higher EGTs due to adding pressure to the mix.

....And the occasional flames probably help.
