Davectr Posted April 22, 2015 Author Posted April 22, 2015 Loving the interior. Good work! Can you post a pic of the steering wheel please. Is it carbon on top and bottom? For you Sir........ Yeah, carbon top and bottom Quote
Lacky Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 It looks absolutely fantastic! Is it a re-trim or whole new wheel? 1 Quote
Stutopia Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 This looks stunning, really nice mods you've done mate 1 Quote
Davectr Posted August 14, 2015 Author Posted August 14, 2015 Took her over to TDI North last week for Uprev. A bit close for comfort - This was done primarily to improve driveability rather than looking for power.,(which was a good job as it was down a bit), and to add the valet mode/immobiliser facilities. The car definitely feels smoother and a little sharper. Must say a big thanks to Paul and the guys at TDI for doing a great job. I don't normally take any notice of fuel economy, but was pleasantly surprised completing a 400mile round trip and still having over quarter of a tank left! Quote
Stutopia Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) Area under the line, low down, looks like a great improvement. Edited August 14, 2015 by SuperStu Quote
NWZ Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Wow! If only I had that much time with mine. Can you tell me where you got the seats retrimmed, and TDI North, is that Warrington? I'm looking for uprev and Warrington is only 20mins away. Great job your doing there. Quote
Davectr Posted August 15, 2015 Author Posted August 15, 2015 Got the seats done by Mondo (hide'n'seat) on this forum, top quality work and a great guy. You might've missed the boat, he ran a group buy on here a while back and is now pretty much fully booked up for the year (not surprisingly). He's based in Trimdon County Durham. Yes, TDI North are in Warrington. Thanks very much for the comments, there's a lot more to come in the next few weeks. Oh how I regret proclaiming "I'm not gonna mod this car" 😄 Quote
V1H Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Beautiful interior Dave! My favs are the seats and steering wheel. The new wheels make a big difference too Quote

BeefyZ Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Lovely looking car will be good to see what's install mate Where and how much did the demon eye set up set you back something I'd be interested in to be honest 😊 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Davectr Posted September 8, 2015 Author Posted September 8, 2015 Thanks very much. They were done by a company called headlightretrofits in Dumbarton. As for cost it depends on what you want doing, but their pricing is very reasonable Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk Quote
