nowhereboy Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 I've left my wallet in the house and my petrol gauge is currently reading - - - - - It's about an 8 mile journey to work and the guage went to - - - - about half way their. That means I've done about 4 or 5 miles with it reading zero and will need to drive a further 8 mile to get home. Who thinks I'll make it? I know the gauge tends to be very conserviate but I'm still a bit worried about the drive home Quote
Dblock Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 You will be fine. Just drive carefully. Quote
glrnet Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 It depends how many miles it's been showing - - - - , I drove nearly 60 miles once with it like this but the gauges are prone to huge inaccuracies. Fingers crossed. Quote
Easty Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 I think you should go as far as you can and let us all know just what it will do when it's shows nothing. . . . Think of it as research lol 2 Quote
370Ad Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 (edited) When it shows --- you in 'theory' have 10 litres left so around 40 miles. You will be fine bud! Edited December 17, 2013 by 350Ad 1 Quote

Stutopia Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 Best go fast so you get back quick before it runs out. Quote

Where is the evidence for Zeds ever having a faulty fuel gauge. I just can't believe that because there always so accurate. 1 Quote
