TomS Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 (edited) I used to use Parcel2Go a lot until I found UKMail. http://www.ipostparcels.com/ Can get them to collect the parcel from you or you can drop it off at a depot to save £1. There's always 10%/20% vouchers floating around, CARD04 I think is 20% off. I think 150cm is the longest they do though which might not be enough! rtbiscuit Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 paisley were cheaper than parcels2go recently on a very large item I posted. and it was still TNT who came and collected it. shop around do the quote function and work from there. most of these companies are third parties that have deals with the main couriers. and sometimes companies that are cheaper on small packages don't have the same deals on the larger packets. My old man waited in all day for them to collect some Rays alloys I was selling to another member on here. They didn't turn up at all. Rearranged the delivery, waited in all day again and was literally about to go mental when finally at probably 6pm a TNT driver turned up & collected the alloys. Recently sold my old y-pipe, meant to be picked up one day, during the day I checked tracking - it came up as "parcel picked up", only to get a txt from my sister next day to say no one came to pick it up...obviously more of the courier company error - spoke to them and they told me to ring parcel2go...but they don't have any phone numbers, emails, contact forms or anything!
