Jay Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Hey guys and gals, I have now fitted my volks and I knew that I would need to refurb them so... could you guys and gals help me on colours please. Its just the centres as I want to keep the polished lip. So I was thinking orange, red, purple, blue or dark grey. If someone could help that would be fantastic.. also feel free to chuck in any other colour if you wish Thanks in advance Quote
buster Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 looks great Jay just needs lowering now i d go with orange m8. Quote
LRF4N Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Dark grey. I think a bright colour is better suited to a track car than a road car especially if there's no bodykit. Could turn out tacky mate Il pop round over the weekend to let u see mine Quote
Lexx Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Mag blue If they can do that colour. + infinity Quote
RisingPower Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Mag blue If they can do that colour. + infinity Dude has taste You really shouldn't put volks in a colour they didn't come with, unless it was custom in the first place Can't find many pictures on a 370z, but this is the ce28ns in that colour Quote
Jay Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 Mag blue If they can do that colour. Interesting... what we really need is a photoshop guru who will be able sort this out for us Quote
Wasso Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 I would but won't be able to until tonight. I know Stew and SMD are fantastic with crayons Quote
Jay Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 Here you go fella Mate that is awesome thank you soo much. Can I ask a massive fav and ask you to do orange and red. Sorry dude lol.... I am loving this colourful wheel look Quote
Wasso Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 I wonder what light blue would look like, maybe that of the 370z light blue. I'd look at a vast array of colours before deciding. For sure looks better with a nice colour and to drop say 20-25mm to keep the car driveable. Which will mean coily's rather than just springs. Quote

I can get E. springs 25mm drop at front and 20mm on the back. Just wish it was the other way round as I am pretty sure that 25 at the front will be too much Quote
RisingPower Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 These are te37's, but iunno whether that helps you with the colour or not jay? http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2677/4258159299_b8822ea6f7_o.jpg Quote
Wasso Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Agreed 20 at the front will allow you to negotiate speed bumps still. Time to start building a shopping list Zeditis round 2 I'm hoping to get my new rims in a few months time Quote
Vik54 Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 You will do the rims as well as the spokes won't you? Quote
RisingPower Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 You will do the rims as well as the spokes won't you? Noooooooo Phantom works, not one solid colour on volks which have a polished lip to start off with Quote
