A bit down on numbers this year as there were two other major car events elsewhere. A few pics from today: Very early on, just after 7am, the sun is still thinking about rising behind the trees: Best in Show, amazing Packard. Exceptional eye for detail: Maybe the original shopping trolley, cute and tiny Austin: What an imagination, a man with a Mini Obsession: Mini Mac: As expected, the Mini Club never disappoints, fab display, a few of the cars: Stereo on wheels, literally!! We only a small display this year as two other major shows elsewhere, so only 2 x Z31's. You might not be able to see in the pics, the earlier and later model, slightly more rounded off edges. Some very inventive cars there, great pics, nice to see some sun shine too!! Certainly were. I should have taken hundreds more pics. There were 3 other areas as well, about 700 cars. Haha, and yes, a few were very inventive Toby. Bit of Kiwi ingenuity. Lol, don't be fooled by the sunshine, not been quite our usual summer here. When I jumped in the Zed thinking to myself, gee it's nippy this morning, was only 11 degrees. Brrrrr for summer morning. You definitely have some great shows down under There is certainly variety. I always look forward to seeing your pics immy, interesting Mini Mac there - looks good. The guy that builds these Mini creations, is quite well known. Drives around in a widebody, stretched Mini. First time I saw him in that one, did a double take. Is that a Datsun 2000 on The Zed stand? Known as a Fairlady Roadster here, so yes. This one is a 1966.
