Jeff G Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 Went and collected my new wheels today, only had a chance to take a few pics but I think the wheels suit the car really well. Thanks again BulletMagnet for pointing me in the right direction Quote
Cragus Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 I think they are absolutely cracking wheels but I'm not sure they go with an azure zed in that colour? Not meaning to offend buddy - what other plans do you have for the car? Quote
glrnet Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 They are ghastly (and look particularly gash on an Azure) and I hate you and Bullet Magnet Quote
djtimo Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 They look great and you got a grrat deal on them too! Quote
slimjim Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 They are SUPER deep... Always think that "deep dish" alloys look deep on the rear and not on the front... not with those though, VERY nice... Quote
coldel Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 Make sure to get some wheel sealant on them ASAP if you havent already - C5 gtechniq is good stuff as are a number of other brands. Quote

Not meaning to offend buddy - what other plans do you have for the car? No offense taken. Other plans will be a lip for the front bumper, not sure whether carbon or colour code. Also a set of the front and rear mud guards (I think that's what they are anyway). I wasn't 100% sure on the colour in the beginning, but they are growing on me. If I go off the idea of the colour combination I can always respray in a different colour. Quote
Jeff G Posted August 29, 2011 Author Posted August 29, 2011 What sizes are these buddy? They are 19" 9.5 front and 10.5 rear. Offsets are +21 and +23 respectively. Quote
BulletMagnet Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 Looking good there Just needs a lil drop to complete the look. Quote

These have already been refurbed and the dish has been diamond cut and lacquered. For precaution though I'm using wheel wax after every wash Quote
Jeff G Posted August 29, 2011 Author Posted August 29, 2011 Looking good there Just needs a lil drop to complete the look. I was hoping that the suspension would drop a little more after being on the jacks, but I think you're right. Just don't want any rubbing issues if I do drop it though. Quote
BulletMagnet Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 Mine has a minor drop on Tein springs. I think it looks just right. Quote
Jeff G Posted August 29, 2011 Author Posted August 29, 2011 That does look good Looks like that's getting added to the list then. Quote
