vimalvyas Posted March 21, 2010 Author Posted March 21, 2010 Nice to meet all of you. I get lost somtimes looking into upgrades but i have a small problem with my Zed. The ecu light has come on and the dealer says the catalytic converter is cracked on the driver side. I have a scorpion exhaust system in place (fitted by the previous owner) and i wonder if anyone else has had similar issues? Vim Quote

martinmac Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 To change out your cracked cat contact Zmanalex or R35LEE, as for the exhaust there are so many available. The best way to choose is to get to a meet and listen to a few. Quote

The cats on a Zed are bolted on just before the Y pipe so you don't need to change the whole exhaust, I would have thought you could get your hands on some OEM cats for next to nothing. Try sending ZMANALEX or R35LEE a PM as they will almost definitely have some in stock. Failing that go for some High Flow cats or decat pipes for a bit more noise and power Good luck with your new toy, Quote
