Hi Everyone,

I would just like to say hello.

I decided last week that my next car would be a 350z as I am saying goodbye to the company car. I started browsing this forum for tips to look for when buying a 350 and now I am really hooked on the car. I want to get one in the next few weeks hopefully :)

Thanks for the tips I have read so far!!

Lyndsey

Welcome to the forum :) What colour you looking for then?

Hi Jay,

I am after metallic orange (or is it sunburnt orange not sure...) with matching interior. Not sure if thats my girly hat or me just being picky

I have not seen an orange one up close yet but it looks good on pictures I have seen on the net. My hubby thinks it horrible but then he wont be driving it

Thanks

.....desperate to get rid of my honda diesel....

Understanable, but on the other hand we know they can be peddled along quite quickly after Karen and Ricky had to bring theirs to the Hoon drive out last year at the last minute after a truck had run over the front end of their ZED on starting out on their journey north.

Welcome to the forum and be prepared for a real driving treat when you get a ZED

:welcome: Lindsey. You've got good taste  The Sunset orange is a fabulous colour on a Z B)

What budget have you in mind?

UK Z or an import?

Mileage?

My personal opinion would be to go for a UK GT car, and as long as it has a full service history, and it looks well cared for, then the mileage isn't that important. I viewed a 2005 '05plate' with 72000 miles on the clock in great condition for 11,350 quid. I dropped him down to 10,600!! I think its still for sale! Decided to go for a late '54plate' in the end for 8,500 quid, although it had 80,000 miles on the clock. The car was serviced every 9,000 miles without fail. The car runs faultlessly

Just remind him it's horrible when you've found one, and he's had a drive or two, so you don't have to share the keys. :p:lol:;)

Hi Steve,

Another poster suggested I got in touch with you as you had recently bought one. I do about 20000 miles a year so I was hoping to go low mileage but I dont really want to spend more that £12500. I am looking at this at the moment: http://users.autoexposure.co.uk/vehicle.cfm?Account=AETA14316&Style=2&Id=AETV65405677&Image=http://imageserver.autoexposure.co.uk/autoedit/AETA14316/AETV65405677_1a.jpg

Appart from some of the photos have some dodgy lighting I was hoping to pop up next weekend and look at it in more detail. What do you think about it's spec and price? I will also take a gander round ebay :)
