I am waiting on management response before updating the original post with registration information, but yes for the track time its the National Circuit @ £30 per 20 minute session saving £5 when booked before 31st January.

Around £20 per person. There are ways of getting the tickets cheaper but that means singing up to all the Japfest events or purchasing the ticket by a certain date.
