The OEM cats run at a higher temperature so any oil will be burnt up before it exits the exhaust. I would leave as is providing it does not get worse.

I will have a top radiator hose and clips and rad cap in stock mate. I no longer ship fluids so best to get the premix stuff from Nissan. 5x litres will be plenty for the radiator drain. Just drop me a PM if I can help further.
