Been considering a cage for a while now mate but the roof gets in the way but perhaps a winter project. I just rely on the oem protection and my crappy driving However it does become quite dangerous when you collect dropped fluids and you travel sideways into the gravel.

Unfortunately no long term gains to be had with grease and rotate. Nissan introduced this as a scam to get the cars out of warranty and then sell you new drive shafts or kits at a later date. The upgraded kits that I have available are claimed to eliminate the clicking for good. Alex.

Mark, Just some wd40 or similar mate and work them in and out. Try taking a 12 volt feed direct to the fans off a spare battery.

All good mate, thanks just can't legislate for dropped fluids, took the marshalls 10 minutes to get me pulled from the gravel trap and 15 mins to get the track sorted with loads of cement dust applied on a 200 meter section of the track I am sure somebody will have a video It must have been quite spectacular the Zed and the GT3 pirouetting in tandum

If the voltage and earth is good then I would assume that it may be the fans. Like I said clean and check the block connectors.

Sounds like an earthing issue. At the bottom of the fan housing there are two multi plugs, separate them and clean up the terminals.
