  1. I know of a Zed in the Tayside area which is running without "security" It kept dropping the NATS code and the only way to get the car to start and run was to do a NATS removal or bypass, so no further issues with BCM, IPDM and Ignition Key. As far as I am aware, it is still running troublefree.
  2. Nothing serious Stan, just collected some oil again.
  3. Great write up and pictures Steve, well done mate.
  4. Sorry mate, I never heard or saw you. Was I passing you at the time Yeah, Knockhill, but not a very happy event for me unfortunately. 10. More than likely only adjustment mate.
  11. Back to the dealer matey, Nissan are aware of these issues
  12. I have a brand new HKS Y section available but it aint cheap, but the best never is
  13. I have got all that you will need matey Alex.
  14. You would be absolutely bonkers to authorise this repair and risk being hit with a hefty bill. If they have asked Nissan U.K. for permission to remove the box then this permission should be immanent. Why not leave the car with them pending warranty authorisation and take advantage of one of there courtesy cars. I am only up in Perth and would only be to happy to diagnose the issues for you but that wont change the fact the the Nissan garage will still require authorisation from Nissan U.K. to remove the box as this is Nissan standard procedure. Alex.
  15. You require the kit to install the spacer. You have pm.
  16. The gearbox issues will be fixed under warranty. Nissan are well aware of such gearbox faults. Be assertive but polite.
  17. Is it likely to have caused any damage to the disk? Will I be ok driving it if that's the case? I'm a bit worried about making things worse It will be fine to just drive back to the garage.
  18. Suspect that the back plate may now be touching the disc. Back to the garage for rectification.
  19. Nah! leave them to it until they make a decision. They might give you a now gearbox so just wait and see No point in upsetting them at the moment
