  2. so I'm not being pedantic then ..... let's hope someone who can give a definitive answer comes along shortly Sent this to mattblue16 today, Perhaps it may help you Hugh, then perhaps it may not He was asking the difference between the OEM joint and the modified one. Hi Matt, Yes mate, the clicky axle issue is caused by a build up of rust which causes corrosion between the joint face and the hub carrier. The grease and rotate method is a temporary fix introduced by Nissan as a time delay to get the cars out of warranty. Rotating the joint to the shaft simply reinstates the mating surfaces in a different position, temporarily removing the noise. The modified joints faces are machined at a different angle and the ball races and cages are of a different configuration. All the joints have stamp marks on them so that Nissan can identify what joints are fitted and more importantly what factory that they were manufactured in as this a contributing factor. The JDM kits are the same as the original OEM kits and are not upgraded. They are imported from Japan and will not fix your clicky issue permanently. Regards, Alex.

  13. I have the complete covers as well if you need them.
  14. If the oil leak is definately coming from the cam box gasket then all you will have to replace is the cam box gasket. I have these in stock and they are priced at £11.00 each. Same/next day shipping. Drop me a pm if I can help you further. Alex.
  15. I have them in stock. New and preowned for 350Z UK and JDM models and Skyline 350GT. I also have clutch slave cyls in stock. Alex.
  16. IMHO the new Do Luck air filter is a winner. I was talking to Andy Barnes from Sumo power at the Knockhill D1 and Time Attack event the other week and he was extremely enthusiastic about it. Prior to the Do Luck coming on the scene my favourite filter was JR followed by K & N and then Cosworth. Alex

The oil filters for the VQ35DE are all the same, just make sure you stick with a known brand. I personally prefer the genuine Nissan oem oil filter. Alex.

Opie oils will be your best bet.
  22. Chris, I can't answer your question but is the Stillen G3 not a universal kit which will fit G37, 370Z and the 2008 up 350Z. I have fitted two kits to the 2008 350Z with no issues but can't remember if there was an extra breather pipe or not.
