The oem fronts have a little bit of tension, however no clamps required.
The rears just drop out when you partially lower the spring carrier.

5W30 fully sync is what Nissan recommend for the VQ35DE.
The majority of Nissan garages keep 10W40 semi sync in there bulk tank for workshop use and appear to get away with adding to the cars that go through there workshop

No need to swop out the transmision fluid annually, however the moly can be added at any time
The brake back plates have a habit of coming into contact with the rotors and only require a bit of repositioning
Swopping out the slave cyl. usually fixes this issue, however not guaranteed.
Slave and master cyls always in stock as well as braided clutch lines.
