  1. Thanks Patch - I'll Definately look into that!
  2. Yeah, Toms brother (Paul I think) specialises in paintwork and they resprayed my zed after it was rear-ended last year. Top, top quality.
  3. Definately go see Tom at TGM. You can trust them 100%. I've just sold my zed but I'm going to take all my future cars there and I advised the new owner of my car to go there too.
  4. Well, the bad news is that I'm currently driving round in an R reg Vauxhall Corsa! The good news (although I'm sure some of you will argue this) is that I've just bought a 2.0T Golf GTI. Unfortunately I didn't have any more money to put into my car fund and I had to get 4 seats / 4 doors for the kids. No car I looked at lived up to the zed and I couldnt go for the 3.2 Audi's because I had to reduce my running costs. Still, it's in lovely condition with the 18" Monza Wheels. Hopefully I can get back to a zed some time in the future as I've got the feeling that it will be the best car I'll ever have owned!
  5. Ha, that was me! I've had the car for three and a half years, spotted many and always give a wave but this is the first spotted post I've received! Love it - especially as I've now sold the car No more spottings for me I'm afraid! Cheers
  6. As the title says, that's it I've now sold my beautiful Zed First person who came to see it made me an offer, the deal was struck and the lucky new owner collected the car half an hour ago. I've owned the car for three and half years and had a great time but the best had to be my trip through Europe and over the Stelvio Pass in June. But the main reason for this message is to say thankyou to this forum and all it's members. You've helped me since day one and have all been so supportive and helpful with any and all questions that I've had. So, thankyou all, it's been a pleasure. I've advised the new owner - Ben, to get on here ASAP and told him that you will make him feel very welcome. So, thanks all, it's been an absolute pleasure.
  7. No, it was my fault. I've pm'd you a reply this morning but they seem to be stuck in my outbox. I'll send it to you personal address too. Cheers
  8. Sorry it's taken me so long but here are the pictures of the interior.
  9. Apologies all but my laptop has given up the ghost and I can't get onto Photobucket on my work computer. Bloody typical eh? I've taken a few pictures of the rear and front with close ups of stone chips on the front bumper. I've also got pictures of the boot and the interior from both the passenger side and drivers side. If anyone wants to see these then PM me and give me your e-mail address. Cheers
  10. Pictures taken of the inside and rear but laptop has thrown a wobbly. Will post them from work tomorrow. Cheers
  11. Will do. Will post them tomorrow as I'm out tonight.
  12. Hi all, Unfortunately it's time to move on and I need to sell my Zed to a new deserving owner. I bought the car three years ago as a UK Spec GT version with no upgrades. The only modifications I've made is to replace the rear lights for LED's and replace the Stereo for an Alpine iXA W404R (see below). This also has the mobile phone bluetooth dongle which I've been using with no problem with my Blackberry. I've still got the original Bose. It was working when I had it and I only upgraded so I could have ipod connectivity. Tyres are Falkens 452's all round and the brakes have been renewed in the last 12 months - all Ferodo DS2500's bought from ZMANALEX. This car suffered with the issue of the fan motors failing and these were also replaced within the last 6 months. Car is now running beautifully and had no fan problems as I drove through Europe recently. Mileage is 42,500 at going to print and it's been serviced roughly every 6 months either by myself or Nissan. Car is in lovely condition although has the typical stonechips on the front end from 8 years of driving and the front Rays have some kerbing. Other than that then it's the usual GT spec with Black Leather Alzean Leather seats. PIAA wipers all round - once again, renewed in last 3 months. Any work I've had done has been carried out by the guys at TGM Sport in Fleet. If you search on here then you'll find that they come highly recommended. If I've missed anything then I apologise - just PM me and I'll reply as quickly as possible. Otherwise here are some pictures of my little beauty. No time wasters please and only serious offers if you're going to make one!
  13. Speaking as a Chelsea fan I think you'll do alright with him. He had a remit to bring in new players at Chelsea but he just went about it the wrong way. I'm not sure he's got the ability to change tactics halfway through a game but I think basically he's okay. Don't get me wrong, I'm not missing him at the bridge and I'm 99.9% sure you would have done better with Harry but you could have got worse.
  14. Haha am i that predictable. Does look awesome though, made for Rosie. Cant wait. Right wheres my roadmap. Out of interest what route did you take. **runs off to get pen and paper Hiya, right, this is a rough route as most of it I trusted to the satnav and I just picked the places I wanted to visit. Calais to Neuchatel (Switzerland) via Lille, Reims, Dijon, Besancon. Besancon looked like a nice town but didn't stay long. Switzerland is stunning, especially the lakes. Route was; Neuchatel, Interlaken, Grindelwald, Innertkirchen, Sustenpass, Wassen, Gottardtunnel, Biasca and into Italy at Chiassa and onto Milan. If I was purely doing driving then I would have gone to Lake Como and taken the slow road round the edge. I didn't take that route, the route I did take from Milan was; Towards Bergamo, Breno, Sonico and then cut across via Aprica (this was stunning - high mountain passes and loads of hairpin bends.) Then take the road to Tirano and Bormio and then turn off to take the Stelvio Pass. Into Austria on the SS40 past the Arlund Resoivoir. Going to take a break here and try and work out the route I took across Austria and Germany. Basically, I went from Arlund to Neuschwanstein Castle and then onto Munich. I also visited Dachau Concentration camp which was both distressing and amazing. Hope this helps or provides an insight.
