I believe that Nissan recommends that you run with the air con switched on mate. However a careful TB clean and reset would do no harm, providing you do not mess with the butterfly. Alex

The first two things to check are a stone or similar stuck in tyre and also that the rear dirt shield is not touching the rotor. But as the guys have said it could be numerous other items causing your noise. Alex
