If your car is a 350 DE and if not a hydraulic issue then it will more than likely be a broken clutch fork ball pin or broken clutch fork. If it is an HR it will more than likely be a burst CSC. My best selling combination for the 350Z VQ35DE is the Exedy clutch kit with the uprated clutch release bearing and the Competition Clutch ultra lighweight single mass flywheel. I have found that this combination gives you maximum throttle response with minimum "chatter" I also recommend that you swop out the ball pin and pilot bushing when the box is out. All the above are in stock at the moment including oem and upgraded ball pins as well as the pilot bushings. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.

BIN IT: You will not be able to reshape the pipe so either cut the damaged section out and sleeve it or purchase another mid section. Or if you want to botch it then just fit it as it is. Alex

Three words spring to mind: "Disc Thickness Variation" You always recognise a pigs ear of a job when you find the center inside face of the "refurbished" wheel covered in paint or powdercoat. This is one of the main culprits of DTV which is extremely expensive to rectify 1500 miles on. Alex.
