Jez, The OEM recommended settings have wide tollerences, however these tollerences can be exceeded to suit your style of driving and in particular if you are a weekend track warrior. What is one man's food is another man's poison. However best not to go silly as you will experience excessive tyre wear and the secret is getting the balance right between comfort, handling and tyre wear. Thrust angles are also important. Not enough oil in the sump: simples: Oil level should be checked weekly when cold. I doubt if there will be any oil showing on the dip stick if the oil light is coming on. Alex.

Dean, If you are adding 5 litres of Premix then you should not have a bleed issue mate. If you are draining the block etc and flushing out the complete system and then adding 10 litres of Premix then the bleeding can get a bit tricky. With what you write, then an oil and filter change will be fine, but worthwhile having a look at the brakes with the wheels off.
