  1. I run KW Clubsport and find that they are a superb piece of kit for track use. Not designed for road use though and not cheap, however worth every penny IMHO. Function over form for me, so not to concerned with the finish, however mines are still rust free and the adjusters etc still all move freely and no leaks. Go for Clubsport, you will not be disappointed. Alex.
  2. I will not fully self centre from full lock at 5mph. Alex.
  3. Yes they do self centre so perhaps you may have an underlying issue as stated above. However, why would you want the steering to self centre from full lock whilst driving on a public highway ? This type of manoeuvre is best left to when on track. Alex.
  4. I have plenty preowned studs Stuart so they would be free mate. If you want brand new then your local Nissan dealer can supply as they are not expensive. Also best with new nuts, also from Nissan. Alex
  5. Providing they are not snapped and there is still some good metal then just apply some concentrated heat to the manifold flange and screw out the old stud. Be careful not to break them. I have plenty preowned OEM studs in stock or new OEM can be got from your local Nissan dealer. Best to also fit new nuts at the same time. Alex.
  6. So what is the issue with the 2 x studs and 1 x bolt and nut on each manifold that you wish to replace? Alex..
  7. (1) Perhaps clutch spiggot bush. (2) Perhaps soft tyre walls. (3) Could also be numerous other issues. Alex.
  8. Are you referring to the exhaust manifold to cat fixings ? Alex.
  9. Just reposition the wipers and retighten the nuts at the base of the wiper arms as they may have worked loose. Failing that you may have a worn mechanism Alex.
  10. Yes, your HR will benefit from a braided line, however best to uprate the concentric slave at the same time. The kit is circa £300.00 Alex
  11. Andrew, No mate they are not remanufactured They are genuine Nissan preowned, fully working and guaranteed, part # 23100 CD010 Just drop me a PM with your shipping details and I will price up for you. In stock at the moment and good to go same/next day. Alex.
  12. Preowned are in stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  13. Yes, HR concentric slave is in the box, that is why I said external as I was not sure if you were DE or HR. So fresh fluid it is then. Alex.
  14. AA or RAC recovery in place would be a plan. Perhaps track insurance. Besides that, just make sure that your car is in good shape and that the levels are good and that you are using the correct fluids throughout. Tyres and brake pads should be in good shape. A few tins of tyre weld will not go amiss in case of punctures. Over temperature brakes could be your biggest issue, and with your present set up you may have to drive with a bit of mechanical sympathy with plenty of warm up and cool down laps. Also. if you want to be proactive, stick on a new external slave and braided line and flush through with Motul RBF 600/660 or similar fluid. But most of all, have fun and enjoy. Alex.
  15. Strait bac two thi deeler I wood sey.
  16. 1. What is the availability of "normal" parts - e.g. required for normal maintenance and repair - e.g. pads, disks, bushes, exhaust etc (think engine is same)? Same as 350Z except exhaust 2. Same question re parts availability for mild modification? Presumably would Uprev same? Similar to 350Z except body panels. 3. As import is the level of underbody protection lower than a UK car? Imports are usually rust free and the Jap UP with be up to the job. 4. Any big issues or concerns for, say, a 3 year ownership prospect? Similar concerns as 350Z Alex
  17. As has been said, drill and retap, however it might be easier to just replace the rear caliper. I have preowned in stock including the caliper bolts and all good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  18. Here you go: 23100 CD010 I have these in stock if required and good to go same/next day. Alex.
  19. I have the sensors in stock, just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  20. I have preowned 350Z alternators in stock if required. Or if is just the part number you require I can let you have that tomorrow morning. Drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  21. In stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
  22. I cant actually see a metal band!! eeeks!! That is because there is not any on the OEM strut. Alex.
  23. Tac tac tac noises always concern me. As the noise disappears when you press the clutch then it may be clutch bearing, flywheel or 1st motion shaft bearing. However to be on the safe side best to dip your engine oil from cold. Alex.
