  6. 5 minutes to trace the fault by the informed and 1 hour max. to swop out the fan motor/motors. Alex.
  7. Just the one is the answer to your question. Both motors should eventually come on when sitting stationery and this test can be done in your driveway. Also the motors are easy to check if you find that they are not kicking in. Alex.
  8. Well, that would explain why they found nothing wrong. They will not just replace parts without experiencing what you are complaining about and the only way that will happen is if you demonstrate the fault to them in real time. Alex.
  9. What do you mean by "they found nothing wrong" Did you not go out in the car with the technician or service manager and demonstrate or induce the fault when you left the car with the garage ? If you want an introduction to a NHPC in Scotland and want your car fixed properly, then just let me know. Alex.

    EML

Yes that is true, HFC's can trigger the EML, however you will still require the code to get an informed diagnoses. Alex.
  11. Compression rod bushing: £30.00 or £250.00 for the compression rod if the knock is from the ball joint. £185.00 for a new power window motor or perhaps just a strip and clean. £30.00 for the O2 simulators to fix your cel. Circa 3 hours work. Alex.
  12. to the forum and congratulations on your purchase.
  13. Sorry, I can not help with the diagnoses, however I have preowned front wheel bearings/hubs in stock if required. Regards, Alex.
  14. Complete preowned OEM 370Z exhaust in stock (500 miles) Drop me a PM if I can help you further. Alex.
  15. I think he's done that already Will - see above Is he saying its Alex that never has anything useful..!! Oh Dear... I think hope that the OP is referring to the ebay link. I have the Roadster rear glasses, however I am reluctant to split from the canvas. The OP is aware of the situation and fully understands. Alex.
  16. Relisted. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-350z-Car-/121362931395?#ht_215wt_959
  17. I would recommend that you remove the discs and inspect them on the bench where you can get a proper look at the inside face. For all you know the slots may just be filled with pad compound and you may find that they are not as badly worn as you think. At the same time as CMS has said, check all the pistons in the calipers, however I do not think that this will be your issue. Perhaps a case of "should have went to Spec Savers" Alex.
  18. Should not use coolant, however the level will change in the expansion tank as the coolant temperature increases and decreases. The coolant level should only be checked when cold and at that time should be on the maximum mark. Alex.
  19. Providing there are no heat fractures your fly will face up quite easily and will be serviceable, or as the guys have suggested you could get it skimmed. Alex.
