  1. What rack are you running ? the later racks have electronic assist. Alex.
  2. to the forum. You will have to establish if you are using oil or coolant. If coolant then probably head gasket. If oil, then could be worn valve guides or valve stem oil seals or may be more serious, rings or pistons. Various checks can be carried out by the informed to establish what the issue is and also the proper fix. Also worth checking the ECV which is fitted to the R/H cam cover. Good luck. Alex.

10 minutes to remove the console. Why don't you have a look, it is hardly rocket science ? Alex.
  4. I would be inclined not to worry to much about it unless it happens again. Could be lack of oil at top end or hydraulic chain tensioners, however both these would be for seconds and not 10 minutes. Alex.

At rear under centre console close to handbrake. Alex.
  6. to the forum, and you will be fine without the heat shields.
  7. What was the oil pressure showing when all this was going on ?
  8. Could be that, however as I said in previous post could be one of many things. BCM and Nats antenna etc.etc can be very expensive. Get it checked out by an informed indy or work your way through the process of elimination, starting with the cheapest. Battery condition check would be my first check. Where are you based as there may be a good indy close by? Alex.
  9. As per my previous post, a spade chisel and a big hammer will break the seal and then you will just have to work away at it working the bushing sleeve down the chassis stud.
  10. They can be tight, so use plenty WD40 or similar and get a spade chisel in between the top of the arm and the chassis to break the seal. Never had to cut one off yet and I have removed dozens. Alex.
  11. Doesn't sound like clutch issues to me if your revs are not moving fast.
  12. Could be numerous things including crank position sensor or perhaps battery on its way out. Alex.
  13. The drop links connect the sway bars to the lower suspension arms.

  15. If you want rev matching then just heel and toe.
  16. I love it and it will not be perceived in 2020 as it is in 2014, it is just further development and great to see Nissan being so proactive. Just a natural development, enhancement and progression of what we have now. Alex.
  17. You will have no issues with the Roadster regarding torsional stiffness as you put it. I track one and added bracing, however this would not be required for road use. Alex.
  18. Silver/Grey 350 Coupe H9------- Overtook me on M90 heading North after Forth Road Bridge around 1pm Needed a wash Alex.
  19. Looks like the gap and alignment is way out up at the screen as well. May be adjustment or something more sinister. Buyer Beware. Alex.
  20. to the forum. Your choice of car may depend on budget, however both the HR 350 or the 370 will serve you well. Alex.
