  1. Hi all, its been a while while since I last ventured onto her but I’m in the middle of a fi build on a spare de engine. the crank which was in the de engine is scored and I’d prefer not to reuse. I’ve been looking at alternatives and an oem from Nissan seems likely although I’ve recently come across an aftermarket crank from zed performance. has anyone got any experience of this crank please? I can’t find anything online about it being used by anyone. I’ve asked the supplier questions and I’m awaiting feedback but looking to see if anyone here has used them. Thanks Thomas

Hi all, I'm in need of a pair of rear lights for my car. Just standard things as cheap as possible or free, after I just broke both of mine this weekend at drift cup. Can collect if your in the north west Thanks Tom

    Baffled sump

Hi All, Looking to purchase an actual baffled sump. Looking at something like the Japspeed sump. I don't want a spacer plate as i cant see the benefit for drifting apart from having more oil capacity. Thanks Tom
  5. Nice - was this an ebay jobby too or direct from a shop? Ebay jobbie. I wasn't prepared to pay the price of ings stuff. Received it and looked good. Took to my painter and he said in fairness for a copy part it wasnt bad. I had to alter the fixing holes slightly but i'm gong to tiger seal it on in the next few weeks
  6. I have a polish copy on my zed. instagram tknutter
  7. I've owned two mk1's A fairly rusty 97 mk1 1.6. Rear cills and wheel arches were really bad. Ended up chopping the cill and flat plating and tubbing the rear arches to remove the rust. Then running over fenders and side skirts. Looked good as new. Immaculate 98 mk1 1.8. This was a billy bargain with no mot and a torn hood for 250. Hood was 120 new and i fitted myself. It flew through its mot and had no rust at all on it and it was a uk car. Main thing is rear cills rust, wheel arch inside lip and front lower a piller. I've seen a few rusty ones on the A pillar and I wouldn't like to be in one of them if it rolled over.
  8. Has anyone got a Kuro Black preface front bumper please? Would entertain other colours if exceptionally cheap. Just before i go out and buy a new aftermarket bumper. Thanks Tom
  9. Thanks gents. I thought about half a day would be needed considering the extra time probably required for the nitrous to be dialled into the remap with retarding timings etc. @ZeppoJeff - Everything has been copper greased before the gear was installed and only been on a few months so it should be ok hopefully..... famous last words.
  10. Any idea on how long it took please? Looking to get a 4 wheel alignment as well so may see if they can do both the same day.
  11. Hi All, Has anyone used TDI North recently for an Uprev remap? I'm of old as far as TDI North are concerned and i've heard many things throughout the years good and very bad about them. I'm about to order my plenum spacer and decats ready for the Uprev and plumb in my Nitrous Oxide to make use of the time on the rollers. So firstly have you used them and the experience you've had? Secondly have you had more work than just a remap with them? Also no point in pointing me to facebook material by them, i just want honest feedback from people who've had work completed by them. I know their licensed to do it by Abbey but they are too far south. Last thing i want is to be a week before round 1 Drift Cup and the car breaks on the rollers due to negligence. Thanks Tom
  12. No manifold or downpipe? Where was you gonna get these from?
  13. No, ive run my setup for a year now and works perfectly for how I drive. Then your not going to want to run low if you want to use all the tyre..... or your gonna buy wisefab with subframe lifters etc. Even with all the adjustable arms on the market, if your running low, your tyre is never going to make full contact.
