Your images suggest that your drop links are way out and require adjustment.
There should be no load and the links should sit at circa 90 degrees.
Despite what has been said on this forum many times over, the after market bracing is NOT a replacement for the OEM "W" shape brace which is fitted from the factory.
As Dan has said, the after market bracing supplements the OEM "W" shape brace.
It really is horses for courses Andy, and there is always a trade off if the car is for both track and road.
