  1. I use the Channnel Plus XL by Horstmann. It is now over 10 years old but has proved to be a great piece of kit. I have my central heating, underfloor heating and boiler all on different programs.
  2. I would let the fault develop until the slip is more regular, however at 70k you have done well. So time to start saving for a new clutch kit and flywheel.
  3. Pretty Polly, Pretty Polly, Pretty Polly. Already been suggested Don't you read the threads before you post
  4. Would it be coverd by nissan since ive added aftermarket parts and a uprev ? Thanks I see no reason why not. My R35 is highly modified, 700 + bhp and still benefits from the balance of manufactures warranty. Take it to a NHPC.
  5. Take it back to Nissan and on road test, replicate / demonstrate the fault to there top technician. You will probably get a new clutch kit and when the gearbox is out,ask them to install an after market, upgraded CSC which you will have to supply yourself and also some high temperature clutch fluid. Alex.
  6. The cheaper the disc, the quicker they appear to rust. When applying Hammerite, best to keep the face where the wheel or spacer marries up to paint free or you will eventually get DTV.
  7. I was jesting about lighting up the tyres. If the revs are climbing without any increase in speed then the clutch must be slipping. Is your car a DE or HR ? What mileage has the car covered ?
  8. Robert, your service guy is talking utter tosh. The seals or spark plug tubes will be the issue and not the gasket.
  9. There should be no load on the joints with all 4 wheels on the ground. Your images suggest that your drop links are way out and require adjustment. There should be no load and the links should sit at circa 90 degrees.
  10. You do get your self into some deprived areas. On your way home
  11. Colin, As in first post: "The speed is not affected at all"
  12. What Stu has said, clutch on way out, unless you are lighting up the rear tyres.
  13. Andy Forrest: big name up here with the Scooby crowd:
  14. Gary, You are correct that the fly is located with a dowel pin, however the untrained can sometimes still manage to fit it wrong. Alex.
  15. I would be looking at the Crank Position Sensor or perhaps the flywheel fitted in the wrong position. Alex.
