  1. They're not too bad on the pax side, as the footwell is big enough to have that seat quite far forward to allow someone to sit behind. Driver seat is a no-no unless you're a midget, but the biggest trouble is the headroom: If you're an adult, there simply isn't enough for anything beyond the shortest journey. S'okay if you're a kid, but otherwise you're left crouching down which really isn't comfortable. It's why I removed them out of mine, they're pointless and I'm an anti-social git anyway
  2. I didn't say they had to be adults
  3. Common sense is also dictated by the driver. If we stopped giving them reasons to lower the limits (speeding in silly places, having accidents etc) then they wouldn't be able to do so.
  4. Depends if you wanted a 2 seat supercar for the weekends or a 2+2 coupe that'll do 20K miles a year without breaking sweat. For £100K I'd have a £60K Gallardo and a £40K 997 C4S, but then we're into a whole different thread of varying combinations.
  5. Perfect weekend. Couldn't have asked for more.
  6. I have no problem with residential 30s being changed into 20s. I'm far more worried about open, well-sighted, rural roads being made into 50s. Thanks for sharing. Interesting how the average speed doesn't drop much, though.
  7. It is very good, but it's also far, far too expensive. I don't mind the GT and Turbo cars being silly money, but not a cooking 911. All it does is make the Boxster (and presumably the Cayman, though I've yet to drive that) seem even better value for money.
  8. Lols at Seb forgetting Jenson Car looks good, can't see it being anything other than astounding really. Fingers crossed for Mark to win the championship this year in it, I'd love to see him do that before he retires from F1.
  9. I can't say I blame them. If you're so thick that you have zero prospects, and working means you get less money, then why work? I'd be exactly the same, and I'm willing to bet that most others on here would too. If you could be no worse off and not work, none of us would choose to get up at 7am in the morning. It's the system that I detest, not the people on it any more. My loathing for them transferred to the welfare state long ago.
  10. This is incorrect, and a myth started by women. There is no such thing as a TV too large for your lounge/sitting room.
  11. HBTY HBTY HBDA HBTY
  12. Lols
  13. Awesome Shame I can't find a video of a 4S manual to see how the revmatching looks compared with the 370Z version.
  14. Funny, I was going to post *waits on completely useless and adds nothing to the conversation post from Dblock*. It's like we're psychic or something. Seriously though, why anyone would think that nailing it to 'escape' from the car behind is a good idea is beyond me. I now know that's not what BBK was on about, but the point remains the same. Is that what you would do, then?
  15. Right. So not literally mash the throttle, then?
  16. Really? What does that achieve, apart from guarantee you a pull if it is the police?
  17. No Heikki
  18. +1 for the CTEK, great bits of kit.
  19. If you appear on, like, or clap the Jeremy Kyle Show, you have no class.
  20. Me too, no.20 of 66
  21. See, this is why I don't bother speeding on boring roads. No point at all. Very, very lucky. Will it actually change your driving though? Also, what's up with the text?
  22. I just kinda assumed that he was after a tyre just for track, as this is in the Motorsport section. R888s are fine for a DD as long as you're smooth, if you're the kind of person who kangaroos out of every junction kicking the TCS in then I agree, they're probably not the best choice. I loved mine on the Zed, wish I'd got some for the MX-5 now too.
  23. Examples? I didn't think you could even get the non-A tyres any more. Also, R888s are exactly what you want for track, not 050As.
  24. I want to lose about half a stone to where I want to be, but I need to lose it purely from my belly! I did the 5 st in 2011, that was hard work but worth it. I looked f*cking amazing in my wedding pics.
