So the council/property developers should find out the name of every person who is ever going to live down the street, and ask them if they ever intend on owning X amount of cars and where they intend to park them?!
Get real. It's people being short-sighted and selfish and expecting that because they live there, they can do whatever they want. Newsflash: No, you can't. You have to have some common sense like the rest of us, and if there's no room to park then go park somewhere else. The kerb/path is for people, not for vehicles.
