  1. No! That's oversteer city and an accident waiting to happen, you must feel the rear has naff all grip and your TCS is cutting in all the time? Go back to 225/245 F/R ASAP, I really wouldn't risk running the setup you have for anything other than an emergency.
  2. Agreed. Impressive performance, face like a bulldog licking p*ss off a thistle.
  3. If you map for anything over 97 with no backup map then that's just silly.
  4. DAS6, but you stil need to know what you're doing and compound choice is just as critical, if not more so.
  5. Although we could also mention the 997, since we're talking £50K for a GT-R.
  6. Pretty much, yeah. It start off by making you feel awesome, and then you realise that your driving is so staccato that it's getting awful, and your transition to the power is terrible.
  7. I only go to the gym so I can eat more food.
  8. I bought one. Thought it was ace. Three months later I binned it, as it's a pile of crap. Nothing beats your right foot in determining the amount of throttle you need.
  9. Well, it's at least 50% awesome then
  10. I really wouldn't. On the shortlist before the 645 were various Skylines as I've never owned one, but I only looked at the GTSTs as the GTR held no appeal for me as a driver. Same reason I bought the 911 over the GT-R. I've no doubt the R33 GTR is a quicker car than a GTST, and it's probably a better car in every measurable way, it's just not the one I'd want to own. The majority may want the GTR, and that's fine. I just don't want to be like all the others; I've always said I'd rather go slower and have more fun.
  11. I see what you're getting at now, and the confusion. The issue isn't the exact distance you should give a cyclist, the issue is that you should pass one like you'd pass a car, i.e. on the other side of the road.
  12. No such thing as undertaking, it's passing on the right
  13. Just prefer RWD to 4WD is all. Less grip, slower, more fun. I'm odd like that.
  14. Zzzzz has it right, in his pic. That's why it doesn't matter if the cyclist is by the kerb or in the middle, you still pass in the opposite lane regardless.
  15. There's black and green there too
  16. In a 370, I wouldn't bother. It can run happily on a drop of 95, and it's not hard to find 97+ up there anyway: I had no issues in the 911 a few years back.
  17. Makes no difference where the cyclist is in the lane, you still need to move across an entire lane for a safe overtake.
