  1. Podcasts? Is it 2004 again already? I prefer audio books to podcasts, especially if it's an autobiography.
  2. Ackermann steering. Every sports car does it. Nowt to worry about.
  3. Great cars, and a great choice. Spec list please!
  4. If it's only done it since the tyres, then it's almost guaranteed to be the tyres. Stock sizes on 18" wheel on a 350 are 225/45/18 and 245/45/18.
  5. It wasn't the rules that scuppered the Nissan LMP1 car, it was the fact it was a complete piece of sh*t! FWD indeed, silly idea. I cannot wait to go and see the Ford GT in action this year, will be cheering the 66 car on all the way to the class win hopefully It's utterly stunning, and I don't even mind the V6T instead of a V8 either. Looks to be fairly competitive too, even at this early stage after the Daytona race last month.
  6. The TCS is kicking in because the car wants to rotate, which is the rear axle trying to overtake the front. Simple answer is to slow down and realise that you're going too fast for the conditions, be that road, weather, car, or talent. The better answer is to not run mixed tyres at the same time. Have a read and decide for yourself. You're experiencing the randomness that mixed tyres can bring into the equation when pushing on, especially in the winter.
  7. So underrated, but so beautiful. That interior is simply brilliant.
  8. http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/interior/poorboys-natural-look-dressing/prod_328.html That's lovely stuff, it really is. I tend to use either AG trim gel on the exterior trim, or Megs tyre gel.
  9. My next question was going to be what was the best gig he's ever played
  10. What's the best gig you've ever been to?
  11. ZED Zee, indeed. Bloody Americanism!
  12. Agree. What I'd like is a cross between the CH interview with Chris Goodwin from McLaren with the technical stuff, and early TG where they crashed the cars into the brick walls and JC's car didn't have a working speedo.
  13. I enjoy a good technical conversation as much as I enjoy simpletons hooning round a track, indeed.
  14. Low?! They weigh under 900kg dry, 240bhp is plenty quick enough. Too much and you're hanging on rather than driving. That said, that chassis could probably handle a lot more but with the crappy suspension and slow-witted gearbox, you wouldn't want anything more anyway.
  15. Looks right to me. It's a good looking car that drives like @*!#, and everyone knows this so prices are falling.
  16. CH is now back on friendly terms with Maranello and Sant'Agata. And I want a car show. Actually, I want a car show like TG was for the first 4-5 years after the famous trio took over. That was ace.
  17. @Stu: On that sir, you have my complete agreement. What annoys me is that EJ does have some interesting things to say and certainly knows his onions, it's just that I want to punch him in the face whenever he opens his mouth.
