Kimi doesn't deserve an F1 seat full stop. Completely wrong attitude for a top-level driver IMHO. I'd rather see someone like Ricciardo in there, but Vettel would block that. Alonso and Button should both have hung up their helmets in F1 before this year: That McLaren is a shambles, and their careers are now tainted by a shocker of a car. I don't think either of them are having much fun pootling around at the back of the grid, and that much is clear from their attitudes and interviews. Not their fault the car is a duffer, but atm it looks like they're sticking around purely for the money. They'd both be in high demand if they switched to prototype racing...

No, you don't. You just need it set up by someone who knows what they're doing. I've seen race cars set up with string and given perfect geos, and I've seen cars on Hunter machines crab around the first corner. Go somewhere decent first and foremost.

I think I feel the way about cats that you guys feel about kids. I couldn't imagine my life without them. They're the first thing I think about when I wake, and the last thing before I sleep. I'm so proud of their every achievement. They make me laugh and smile more than anything else in the world. I would rather spend an hour with them than a week with a supermodel. Cleaning up after them is never fun, but worth the smell.

VUS are no longer available, I'll be amazed if you can find any. Which is a shame, as I loved them. RS3s are good, but not really in the same league as big guns. They're more of an MX5 tyre than anything. 453s a better option at that budget, although you'll need to change all four if swapping brands.

I have two HR bumpers here up for grabs, both needing minor repair works before they can be fitted. Pics first: That's the red one, and it's the worst of the pair. It's already had a bit of rubber filler added to it, and there's some scuffing that side too that the camera wouldn't pick up. Everything else looks fine though, in terms of structure and mounting. That's the orange one. The close up shows a tear in the plastic, but aside from that the bumper is sound. And free badge! Both have various age-related stone chips etc. They are currently at work at Stansted Airport, but I can bring them home to Halstead easy enough. So what do I want for these? Nothing! Nowt! Nada! All I ask is that you sort shipping (so either collection, or you literally get a bloke and a van to turn up here and grab it, my laziness is preventing me doing anything more proactive with them) and make a small donation of your choice to the charity of my choice. If you think a pound is fair, donate a pound. If you think a fiver, a tenner, twenty... Whatever your conscience lets you get away with. True, however that doesn't mean that an unfair term can be inserted I tend to agree with you, read what you sign, but at the same time it wouldn't stop me doing non-reversible mods to the car. Mapping would be completely out though. I don't think I ever told VWFS that I put a private plate on my car, despite Porsche having it under the new reg on their system I only found out that I forgot when I came to sell the car and put the old plate back on, oops!

...of which they would ignore should you ever wave it in their face despite overwhelming evidence in your favour, then they would promise to do what was in writing and fail that and/or do it on the cheap or illegally, then you have to take them to court etc. Why bother? If the car and the deal was right, it could still make sense. I'm not saying they'd be my first choice mind
