    Open the case up... can you see any lights illuminated on the motherboard? If not then your PSU has most likely blown. Order a new one online... you should be able to get one for under £25. Or if you have any work colleagues you could borrow one off, its a 10 minute job to swap out (4 screws in the back, and then just unplug all the plugs.)

    Yep i've never found my imports to be an issue with regards to insurance. Who are you insured with that you get 5 track days included? I've never heard of that before...

    Dblock is correct. Just because they're 8000k doesnt mean the whole kit is aftermarket, just the bulbs have been changed probably. The standard bulbs you need are D2R's, and you should be able to pick a pair up for under 20 quid on eBay.

    Yous are in better condition than mine - but the purple is very specific - i.e. most people will need to factor in a refurb. For mine, with tyres (which are 3mm left MPS2's) i would be asking for around ££1500 to 1750, but they are in need of a refurb.
