1. I get your point. I just feel it's unnecessary to say spaghetti with an Italian accent or transferring the stress to a different syllable so it sounds like how a non-native might say it. Some words are acceptable such as "garage" i.e. for lack of phonemes, garidge ( as an brit might say it ) or gararsh ( like a French person might say it ) After all it is a French word that is used in English. But I wouldn't say i'm going to "Pari" for the weekend instead of Paris. That is hyper-foreignism and it's just not necessary. So in it goes to Room 101 ( rock_steady pokes it in with a long pointy stick ) get in there you! Of course, if you're learning Spanish and you are going to speak Spanish then the vowel sounds are different and some effort is required in order to pronounce it as a Spanish person would, but to mix and match your pronunciation when a word isn't native to the English language just sounds a bit silly IMO. so there !! My Wife and I met my dad in Mexico for a holiday last year, and each night in the different restaurants he always had to pronounce his order in the restaurant-theme's accent (Italian, French etc). It was so embarrassing! My wife would be kicking me under the table whenever he was doing it as she HATES it. WRONG. It's definitely garidge up my way.
2. Get yourself one the smallest legal plates you can get then... you know the ones where it's a non-standard size as its been chopped down. I think that'll suit the look. If you're going to any local shows over the summer, gimme a shout! Im missing the car scene a lot.
3. This looks great. I wish i had a cool car to use it on. Im getting bored of driving ordinary....
4. Agreed - what happened to the small number plate i used to have on it?
5. Anyone seen this doing the rounds on facebook lately? Well worth a watch.
6. I decided to get a corded electric one earlier this year. I had wanted to go down the compressor route, but the space they take up, and more importantly for my budget, i couldnt get an impact wrench and compressor. The cheapest corded one you can get in the UK is a Clarke CEW1000 at about £70, however whilst trawling eBay i found a 'Timbertech' impact wrench from Germany with a european plug. I bought it for £44 incl delivery and it included a UK adapter too. I've used it a number of times over the last few months, and it's paid for itself already. VERY handy. Sadly unavailable on Amazon now, and none on eBay either. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Timbertech%C2%AE-ESSR01-Impact-Screwdriver-Carry/dp/B0036DVXXG

GT-Four

Love it. That colour I had a few passenger laps in one on the drift track at Oulton Park and it was pretty mental.

12. OMFG, Sue Perkins and Dermot O'Dreary? No thanks. Utter sh!te. I'd rather have Mike Brewer and Ed China!
13. Sat around in my boxers watching my 65" TV, scratching my balls. 11/10
14. Haha, well remembered! Some of it has gone on holidays and on the M3, but I've still got about half left. I've never really had this much money 'going spare' before - in the past it has always been for house deposits, etc... but now I've got a decent house, two fast cars, etc... I don't know what to do with it?! Having good money in the bank is very reassuring, but I can't stop myself looking at E90 M3s, M5s, Caymans, 911s, Range Rovers, XKRs, etc... Keeping the cash seems the sensible thing to do, but I'm not sure it's the right thing to do, hence the question about what everybody else does... Spend or save?! If you're pretty sorted and have achieved what you need to achieve materially, then you should maybe consider how to get out of the rat race. Invest in property or the markets, anything you can do to accelerate how quickly you can pay your mortgage off. Even overpaying your pension is a great investment as it's tax free money. If you can semi-retire by the time you're 50, you're laughing.
15. Money has always burnt a hole in my pocket. That is until this year, when i decided to save for a house deposit. I've now definitely caught the saving bug and i'm a complete scrooge. I intend to keep a £5k float once the house move has completed and the first year of ownership is out of the way (lots of costs, and furniture to buy, etc).
16. A great purchase for anybody with a JDM.
17. Just got in from seeing this. Not quite the tear jerker i thought it was going to be... i thought they ended it quite tamely. Still wicked though. Im a huge fan of the series, and i'm not sure it's the end...
18. Thats because they found them all in a lake.
19. Until it's happened to you, it didnt happen.
20. 2014 Cayman is my current favourite car. I'll probably pick one up in a couple of years when they're in the low 20's.
21. Tell him i'll give him £300 for it.
22. Slightly off topic - but literally every time im watching F1, im also looking on Ebay for some F1 car parts. Usually they go for astronomical prices but recently there has been quite lot available quite cheaply. I've just had the following bits delivered, total cost including postage - £30.00! 2010 Virgin F1 Engine/Exhaust Cover (race used) 2011 Virgin Push Rod Suspension Shroud 2008 Force India Engine Cover Panel Kinda sad, i know. I'm just going to stick them on my garage wall. One day i WILL own a front wing (currently cost about £1500).
23. I've just played an hour of FC4. It's okay, but too RPG-ish for me. I've just seen the size of the map as well and it's enormous - put me off a bit.
24. I've just picked up Far Cry 4 and CoD:AW in Tesco today for £25 each. Thats my Easter Weekend sorted.
