  1. Should have remembered their number and called the police.
  2. You can get all the GT pack stuff on a JDM car too though... how about when you pull the sun visors down, do they have jap writing on them or Japanese? Does the VIN on the chasis match the one in the windscreen? Do these match your V5? What colour does your V5 say? And is the car GM all over (i.e. engine bay, in the boot etc)? As for the plate, i think the first UK cars were on a 53 plate, not 03, so thats a full 1 year older plate thats been put on the car. If it has been exported and reimported, it was a crap decision to put an old plate on it by the previous owner. Hope you find some answers mate.
  3. Loosk fishy to me unfortunately... looks like a UK car (UK rear bumper, rear lip spoiler, headlight washers (JDM's done thave these)), but on a 52 plate which is not UK. The shut line on the boot/bumper looks suspect too. My guess is that it's had front and rear damage in the past and has been repaired and resprayed. Have you HPI checked it? Maybe worth PM-ing EH 370Z to see if he can run one for you?
  4. ...in a word - no I keep buying more parts... infact i got the resistors i needed only last week, but i just cant get round to doing anything with all the parts... i cant seem to make time.

    Running lights

What year is your zed keith? The 2 types of reflector you've listed are for different model cars (02-05 and 06-08).
  6. None of my pics seem too shiny, but one of my current zed, and a couple of my previous (which now looks shockingly basic!!)
  7. JDM tanks are 70 litre. The most i've ever got in my JDM tank is 73.5 litres, and my MPG pod had been flashing as empty for close to 40 miles (long story, on the way back from the nurburgring, late for the ferry, took a wrong turning and had to go 17 miles toward paris whilst on empty ) So that suggests to me you've got a UK tank
  8. Mine goes a couple of mm over but never that much!
  9. I think there's a company near silverstone that does auto to manual conversions for around £1k, so might be worth contacting them to see if they can do it in reverse. However i'm not aware of any supercharged autos, and would be nervous about the reliability of that... ...not to mention what doing the swap would do to your resale value
  10. First thing you should do is swap to braided lines and then get some RBF600 bake fluid. Give it another go on track with that, and see how you get on, and as Vik says, give your brakes a rest frequently while on track.
  11. I would invest all you can in repairing your working gearbox as opposed to putting some unknown/untested box in your car. Do a fluid change and add some molyslip, and possibly look at the bush upgrade offered by Adam@Z1 the other day? (i'll find the link)... Edit: Here's the link. Not sure if this will improve things for you, but it sounds good! viewtopic.php?f=117&t=54014
  12. +1 How much can 1 tyre be?
  13. Anyone else struggling with the forum? Not been able to get on for 20mins, got on, and then lost connection again. Had the same earlier today too at around 12pm...?
  14. Craig that made me and my missus lol.

Needs spacers and lowered, then will look very
  16. Nissan X-Trial pads from any local motor factor.
  17. I'd have one of them...
  18. And didnt you do it all yourself? This guy wants a garage to do all the work so probably looking at another £3k labour?
  19. you'll be looking at about £10k for something like that mate.
  20. Very tempting as i need some bargain winter wheels... but sadly no tyres. Good luck with sale.
  21. If you've got JDM brakes then go to a motor factors and order some nissan x-trail pads as they'll fit... shouldnt pay more than about £25 i'd have thought for a pair of rears...
  22. I see one of these quite frequently in Knutsford where i work. Same colour scheme and everything.
  23. Yep, read that this morning - was quite interesting.

    ZCON USA 2011

+1 that would be ace... We should look to rent like a sprint circuit for the day somewere... I know Curborough do group bookings and it works out at about £60 per car for 15 or so cars... but it's not a particularly good track.
  25. Ah man jealous! Thats gonna be great fun! Lawman's a pretty good name. You should come out to Firestarter by the prodigy... that'll wind em up...
