the park sensor kit was an optional extra and was fitted by the dealer so kits can vary depending on what the dealer fancied, the buzzer is in the boot, find it and check the connections, poor connections often give a low volume (give it a knock) worst case you could replace the buzzer, maplins etc ...

It's all mileage age dependant, you can just waste cash changing items too regular As far as i can see the P3 service kit is £120 covering Engine oil, new oil filter, sump plug, new air filters and brake fluid.
