  1. I would get that changed ASAP. Thats really not good. Not sure what that drives, but you really dont want it to go! As Mark says the other half of it will probably be in the undertray.
  2. I think it has served quite a good point Martin - it shows that while we all like a bit of banter, it has been heading in a direction that many find offensive. 60% of the votes cast say that BM has gone too far, that is quite clear. Hopefully everyone will take note of that, and agree with me in that we all want a chatty lively forum, but there is a line and as Chris said earlier, if in doubt, dont post it
  3. Thats why they make Recaro seats for sprogs
  4. Why do I need to compare two different sites with each other, they are both selfcontained entities. On one hand people shun the other site, but then when it comes to stuff like this, I'm supposed to draw comparisons? This site or that site regardless, if you offend other members, that will not be tolerated. Sometimes I get the feeling you do it just to provoke a reaction. What I will say is that if you do keep pushing it and offend other members then action will be taken and non of us want it to come to that
  5. I will ask you with one question Mark - if you posted this stuff on the other side, what would they think? I know for a fact that people have been banned for much less over there, so I suggest you ask yourself that question when posting in these kinds of threads/posts

Must be up to 600HP now then
  7. Maybe he could use it to melt his plenum back together
  8. I would expect a decent body shop should be able to do something with that. The main issue may be if the light cluster locating lug is broken. When someone reveresed into my car, they hit it in the same place, but just glanced it. But it was enough to break the lug and they had to replace the bumper. I still think a competant place could have fixed it and hopefully they can fix yours
  9. I've donated something as its a very good cause. Dont worry about the prizes though, I'd rather they went to someone who apprciates them
  10. Think Amanda is sold on a red 370z
  11. Yup, even more so when baby Zee arrives and takes it all! Even though they are very good for the money, they arent as much of a bargin as your pimp wagon appears to be. You will return to Zed ownership one day though, that I am sure
  12. That looks like a nice setup. You should get some tubing from the filter to the front of the bumper to get a true CAI No disrespect meant when saying this, but who exactly are you going to get to map the car via the PC for e-manage? You? Your mate? Sure as hell no decent mapper will do it for free, so you are much much better going to Abbey and spending the same money and having someone who really knows what they are doing map it
  13. I would get a quote for repair first, but Lee and the other traders should be able to help with a replacement if needed.

Ah the memories This was my fav by far: This is what the mods protect your sensative eyes from
  15. Very nice Stan, now you very much are the daddy Still think I should have had that Inifinity dealer ship a G37S up to you
  16. Looks very G37 like. Proof in the pudding will of course be how they drive though. Anyone can easily make a good looking car, but not everyone can make them handle well
  17. Dont know how old this is, but found an informative statement from K&N with a few vids about oilled filters and MAF sensor failure. Would certainly add some weight to anyones argument with a dealer should your MAF sensor fail within warrenty when running an oilled filter such as K&N or popcharger http://www.knfilters.com/MAF/massair.htm

    Thats mean, but true
  19. Seems quality control isnt the best when it comes to clutches, or at least some of the components that make them up. I had my clutch done at 74k miles and it was nearly gone, had a few more thousand in it. So driving properly with heel/toe changes being mechanically sympathetic to it, they can last, as long as its a good one. Having seem Mitz and Andy remove my gearbox, it most definately is a 2 man job, please dont try and do it single handedly I would be tempted to take it to Nissan and see if they will entertain the idea of some kind of good will gesture as that low milage is just wrong for our clutches.
  20. And he can be the first to go FI in the UK out of us lot

The words "kettle", "pot", "black" and "calling" come to mind
  22. +1 - make sure you come and post some pics of your new car (sorry if you have and I missed them )
  23. Cant say I get the same feeling with mine running Falkens, but then I take it easy for the first 5-10mins while the oil gets up to temp. Maybe get your tracking/allignment checked, my car felt 10x better once I had mine done
  24. I would do it through some mesh or something so its quite visible but has a bit of protection
  25. Yeah we have seen this a few times going between different compounds. Some say its fine, but more say its dodgy. Havent done it myself, but if its not handling right then that would be my first port of call.
