  1. Very nice sir. Pop over when the car is ready and take me for a test drive - quicker than getting one through Nissan
  2. Colin - hung over? He'll be out already for a blast while the roads are quiet
  3. +1 on doogyrev and Ebized posts. Likely the arms are the wrong way around or not seated correctly on the spindle. Its quite easy to remove them and reseat them
  4. +1 - my missus didnt need any convincing, she was pushing me to get it, and is pushing me to upgrade it to a new Zed It really is an easy car to justify, its better than anything out there pound for pound
  5. Has been a great year, heres to 2010 being even better! My highlights are a great Wales run - including getting one of my pics in Banzai, an excellent Jockland hoon - what an adventure, and on a personal side, finally going it alone as a contractor after many years in a big company and having the freedom that will allow for a new Zed in 2010 hopefully
  6. I'm sure there are others! Its the only time I can browse in peace
  7. Happy New Year everyone Oh and moved!
  8. Well he's beaten the VAT increase and first year tax hike, thats all I know
  9. Ouch sorry to see that chap. Hopefully you can just get a new arm and stick it on, but I would plan for the worst and expect some more stuff to be knackered. I'm sure Alex and Lee can come to the rescue with some OEM bits though
  10. Good to see you are guys are working it out, and yes that is most typical of a woman, changing her mind all the time, thats their perogative Locked at your request, if you want it deleted drop me a PM
  11. What you dont see is Andy just wearing his T-shirt (behind the camera) well he is from the North East after all- probably has shorts on too! I'm from the North East too, but I aint that mad! I got shouted at last week for going out in the snow in jeans, t-shirt and lightweight jacket when Amanda was all geared up for an Arctic adventure Still, those crampons make it look a lot easier
  12. Sir, you are a nutter I'm going to show this to Amanda to show just how much of a wuss she is when it comes to proper "walking"
  13. Would be my guess. Have you signed anything or had any official communication other than email? Not on the best standing legally if its only an email. I'm sure there are a few memebers on here that can sort you out a headlight, maybe even as a loaner if you pay them a deposit until you get it sorted just to get things moving, but tbh, if they got a headlight for the MOT surely they could have gotten a permenant one. Remember to remind them that you are a member of the biggest 350z owners forum in the UK and that this is currently looking very bad for them on here
  14. Drop andymc a PM, he has a set (see his sig)
  15. Awww very cute, congrats to the pair of you
  16. Sure you can find £100 Jerry, it looks like a great deal and Al is a nice chap
  17. Do they offer a money back guarentee? Could give it a go and see. Its only a few scotch locks to wire in the power after all
  18. Made the actual list thread stickied and renamed it slightly. Once we have a good amount on the list I will unsticky this thread leaving just the proper one up top
  19. The blurb says: Once the bumper is removed, if your vehicle has a metal crash protection bar and the antenna will be within 3 cm's of this metal bar (once the bumper is re-fitted) you can install a 2nd Antenna (included with all PD1 sensors) to prevent any reduction in detection range or insulate the metal crash bar. This is only required on a small number of vehicles but the option is available if required. Just struck me a as a good idea, if they work OK Give it a go and let me know if it works
  20. Believe it was Alex that killed his at over a ton at Knockhill
  21. When did this happen - how did I miss that Look at his Signature - he's a stealth one is our Colin I think he has got a 300C or a Fiat 500 personally! I think he was just being hopeful for a nice xmas pressie from June Col - you can retrofit the parking cam from a JDM 370z to a UK one you know, not cheap, but would be "baller" as the kids call it
  22. When did this happen - how did I miss that
  23. Not had any direct experience, but believe when these types of sensors were last discussed, we couldnt use them effectively as we have the crash bar across the rear bumper which interferes with them. Might be worth asking them if thats the case still. You basically have to make sure that there is no solid metal structure within 30cm of them IIRC which means to position them away from the crash bar, they wont be "looking" in the right direction as it will be right at the bottom of the bumper. Surely you know how to park the Zed though Colin
