If you check the site, it states 3GS - so I assume they mean 3GS w/ iOS4. Which makes sense as mine (with that combo) works and yours doesnt

IIRC you get a spanner to remove the 10mm bolt from the front wheels if this is the case. Front flat means you remove front wheel and bold, put rear wheel on front, put space saver on rear. I'm sure thats what we'd quoted you do before. Not that it means a lot for me, 370z's dont even get a space saver

Service Manual shows that the head liner comes out through the front doors (doesnt mean it wont come out the back though)

Go see if it will fit over the front Brembo's then

+1 - big difference between the bi-xenon and normal xenon lights. It should look like that pic though I always wondered what the diff between the post and pre 06 lights was apart from the trim colours.... cheers Different reflector/projector. Older xenon use a HID bulb for the dipped beam and a normal (H7 I think) bulb for high beam. Bi-xenon use the same HID bulb for both and have a shutter that moves out the way to reveal the high beam when in use and comes back down for dipped beam, cutting off the higher portion of light output.

Not too difficult. Download the service manual, its in there. Dont try it without, there are a few "gotcha" bits you have to do that you wouldnt think about and you wouldnt want to break anything.

The only way for any control on ice is studs If its proper ice, dont even try it

HB Zeddy I did ~50k in my 350z and the only thing that went wrong was my BCM blowing up - but that wasnt the cars fault

Why? The missus Ibiza had an unfortunate accident involving a roof rack and her roof was pretty badly damaged. Repair centre managed to sort it all out though. Sure a dent guy can get it all sorted. There wont have been enough force to damange any sort of structural integrity I wouldnt have thought.
