  1. Costs a small fortune when using the PIAA screenwash to complement the wipers
  2. better own up - the other 'alf had a 1.6E before her present Jazz, which I have to say is a much better drive. I found the steering on the Civic around the straight ahead never gave confidence, despite a (no arguement) rack change at my request. Also attracted too many 'up your arse' types but typically Honda build quality made it a cheap form of transport, albeit uninspiring.
  3. Love the last pic - has a kind of Merc look - but very effective
  4. Nice job there - one of the cars I really wish I had bought some years back but Italian electrics and not so good interior trim at the time put me off -one of of my poorer decisions
  5. Trust you got the £16 tickets Martin - front row?
  6. unbelievable, for the most brainless going
  7. I think the term used Stew is "A pressed fruit bowl" And Colin i am not worried about the skirt lifting its the shirt lifting i am worried about Exactly what I was thinking! I'll keep my Kilt firmly down though....... Stan can be very determined............you have been warned
  8. ooer steady on!! All this flashing will give the club a bad name! Next you lot will be discussing the best colour flasher macs!! Might even get round to skirt lifting, eh Stani?
  9. Don't come a knocking when this car's a rocking Nah, he wasn't that lucky, he's showing us when he got stuck in the snow
  10. +2 - second old fart who dosen't know why a rabbit should be prancing around with a pancake on its head
  11. hehe damn my reputation proceeds me Don't worry, Stew's just worried about the competition
  12. Do you mean Lifes A Beach at Summerleaze? That's the place! Couldn't remember the name and been a few years since I've seen Brian and his son David (Brian rallied a very rapid Mini years back - if you see him ask if he remembers a wild ride in a green Scooby about 12 years ago )

    350Z prices

I'm not convinced the 370 will affect s/h 350 prices - with 07/08 ZEDs not worth £20k now and the 370 being another £10k (or more realistically requiring at least a £15k wad on top of a trade-in to up-grade), the difference is too much to hurt 350 values further. But with less imports coming in, a lull in new 350 sales in the last 6 months, and when the economy does pick up, I reckon 350 residuals will stabilize and given the car's appeal do better in holding their value compared to most other cars out there..................... I hope
  14. Welcome to the forum Hannah - 56 plate - a good year Any chance you know of the Sibleys in Bude - they run a restaurant there near the front
  15. Looking forward to Louie's first post on here - sure you will be training him well in that department. Many congratulations Liam, glad LT arrived safe and sound
  16. Nothing of course to do with the fact your piccy is not of a ZED
  17. Sniff this out http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... rnt+bumper
  18. +1 and do the HOON as well - as you enjoy the Nurburgring you'll enjoy what the Highlands have to offer
  19. Quote: "I asked my bank about it considering that the SWIFT/BIC code was not the appropriate, though it belonged to your bank and the system let my transaction happen. So the transaction is pending right now, and 99.9% it will not happen but my bank can not answer that for sure." It is no wonder the world is in a financial crisis when they can't even sort out a simple funds transfer. Have to say that I think it is unfortunate the OP chose to go public on this matter when by his own admission Alex only had a 0.1% chance of getting the money. And Alex's offer on this forum to return the £80, if it does turn up that is, serves to confirm that those of us who know Alex know him to be a man of his word
  20. "350 ZED" and then, either watch eyes glaze over (the majority response), or surprise by those in the know that the old git in front of them has something they would like
  21. Hi Marky - welcome to the site. Im in Epsom with a similar age 56 ZED. From the ad: NISSAN 350 Z 3.5 V6 313 GT 3DR UK CAR, 3 Doors, Manual, Coupe, Petrol, 2006 56 Reg, 15,900 miles, Metallic Black, 1 Owner. ABS, Very Low mileage, Alarm, Audio remote control, 18 Inch Alloy Wheels, Navigation system, Xenon Headlights, Full Black Leather, Body coloured bumpers, Park distance control, Central locking, Climate Control, Electrically adjustable seats, Cruise control, Heated seats, Electric door mirrors, Front electric windows, Front fog lights, Front head restraints, Headlight washers, Height adjustable drivers seat, Immobiliser, Leather seat trim, PAS, Passenger airbag, Radio/CD Multichanger, Rear wiper, Remote central locking, Side airbags, Sports seats, Steering wheel rake adjustment, Traction control, Trip computer. Bose Sound System. One Private Owner From New With A Full NISSAN Service History. UK Car With Manufacturers Warranty Until 04/10/2009. A Stunning Car In Remarkable Condition. From the pics it looks totally standard and seems OK. But insist on a good hour or so drive as it will feel so different than what you have been used to - in a good way You are likely to find stone chips around the front end - we all get them - Nissan paint quality is not good The skipping CD issue is genrally only when the car is cold - condensation is blamed. But just enjoy the sound the car makes - much more satisfying As others have said it is a 296 bhp engined model not the 309bhp (313 is the ps not the bhp) The paint is Ebisu - it is metallic but the flake is difficult to spot when it is not sunny. The headlights are bi-xenon - a whole lot better than the pre 2006 standard xenons (I have had both and there is no comparison) There are no front fog lights! And providing the service record is sound, you've got 7 months or so to get any probs sorted, but you might like to haggle for an extended warranty in this buyer's market
